Villa Rosa is a small residential complex of apartments and villas with lush tropical gardens and a good sized swimming pool . The complex is in a tucked away position yet has easy access to Candolim with its beach , wide choice of restaurants and facilitates .
The apartment is on the first floor , is spacious and well equipped . There is a double bedroom plus a day bed in the lounge area . The bedroom and lounge have AC and there is TV with Sky in the lounge .
There are 2 good balconies , the sitting room balcony having views towards the pool .
The complex has 24 hour security , C.C.T.V. and secure 2 wheeler parking .
Cooking facilities include four burner gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.
There is an automatic washing machine. The comfortable balcony has planter style chairs and a table.
Candolim beach is part of the 5 mile beach extending from Baga to Siquerium. The beach has wide choice of beach shacks. Candolim itself is a bustling village with a selection of restaurants varying from local Goan food to Continental, Italian, Chinese and South Asian. This well furnished apartment offers comfortable accommodation in a beautifully maintained residential complex with all the facilities in Candolim.

Wonderful month at Villa Rosa peaceful calm safe and lovely pool and gardens . Communication from start to end with owner was great and extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend villa rosa

Beautiful apartment. would highly recommend. 10 mins walk to VJ's Shack on Candolim Beach. About 20/25 mins to Beach Road. Lovely quiet residential complex but plenty of bars and restaurants on the way to the Beach Road. Small supermarket and shops 2 mins walk from complex.
Lovely pool area, security 24 hrs. Apartment was serviced once a week. Very spacious and relaxed.
Communication with owner/s was spot on. Contact numbers given for UK and India. Couldn't of asked for more.
Facilities in apartment were great, washer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, maiden, fridge freezer.Water, tea bags and milk left on our arrival - lovely touch.
