The place is situated in 5 min drive to the famous beaches of Goa (Candolim/ Calangute/ Baga) where many restaurants/ pubs and night clubs are situated. One of the most Vibrant and colorful neighborhood of Goa is right here.
Candolim beach is in walkable distance,
Public Transport can be accessed within 500 meters from the property and on request Bike or Car can also be provided for additional charges.
There is 2 villas of mine are available on rent, each of them has similar planning with hall, kitchen, bathroom on ground floor and 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms on the first floor. Each room is equipped with ac, heater and furniture to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy the stay. towels and linen are provided. complimentary housekeeping provided alternative day, daily cleaning is subject of nominal charges. kitchen is equipped so cooking is no problem as well Candolim market full of fresh vegetables, fruits and fish is just in 10 mins walk. Swimming pool available 8 am to 7 pm.
each of the bedrooms can be booked separately or the whole villa.

My family had a good time at Villa, a gated and secured place. Strategically located in North Goa with ease of access to most of the famous beaches, churches and restaurants. The team helped us with organizing our local tours too, their suggestions came handy all the way. Hiring the bike was easy with owners reference. We had the flexibility to cook our own meals inhouse which saved us time and money, though we did visit some good Restaurants nearby. 24 hrs Hot 7 cold water, well equipped kitchen with gas connection, AC, TV with Tata sky, cabinets and good interiors were some of the facilities we appreciate. we are already planning for our next visit to Goa.
