Villa Calangute Phase 3 – Luxury 3bhk Villa With Pool, Near Beach

I booked the Phase 3 and 4 villa for our school reunion and it was the most perfect getaway post Covid.... As we had booked the twin Villa with pool we had privacy as well with a wonderful hospitality..... Felix was the point of contact and he made sure we had a smooth stay experience....The toilets and rooms were hygienic a d maintained well. The caretaker Ratan cooked very nice food and served us well without any complaints.... Its an amazing stay for people looking for privacy coming in groups or family... This was my 2nd stay with Villa Calangute and thoroughly enjoyed it and surely recommend it for all

Its will maintained villa with 3 bedroom, dinning living area and kitchen. SWIMMING POOL ( big enough and neatly cleaned daily), crockery, washing machine, hair dryer, wifi ,private parking, lcd tv, hot water and showers. Its is relaxing place and in middle of all stores, restaurants and beaches nearby. Worth every penny you pay to stay here. Its located in residential area so no worries of security and you get security guard and cctv intalled. 100% go for it. Special thanks to manager Anil and housekeeper Molina for taking care and serving good food on demand. Villa callangute team you are doing great work ,keep doing. All the best and thank you.

Villa Calanguate staff were very friendly & helpful whenever you need them for any service. This villa is a best stay for families or groups willing to cook food & enjoy Barbeque . Very neat & cleanly maintained private indoor swimming pool.nearby to all amenities . Good staff & manager flexible with check in & checkout timings. Nice place to stay.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Calangute in Goa. The staff and owner are very friendly and accommodating. The place is 8 minutes to the beach which is full of activities and restaurants. We especially loved swimming in the pool which is always clean and well maintained. Looking forward to visiting you in the near future.

We stayed here recently and the Villa is Clean and Awsome....The Maid Rose was Excellent who cooked our Breakfast every Morning ....Tasted Homely... I would Definitely recommend this to anyone going to Goa soon...About 10 to 15 Minutes Walk to The Beach....The Owners Were Very Helpful and Kind...This was a Trip Of A Life Time for me and My Friends..Thanks to Everyone who Made it Very Enjoyable.

The villa is beautiful, luxurious, and in a wonderful location overlooking the beach. It's absolute paradise! I would happily stay at Villa Calangute again, and would most definitely recommend it to friends & family.

I stayed at this gorgeous villa in September. I was more than impressed with it! Very clean, modern and bright throughout. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They make sure the villa is kept in immaculate condition. The pool is a good size, and the water is kept very clean. It is also extremely well situated and shops can be found only seconds away! A beautiful retreat! Enjoy :)

Amazing stay. The villa is just gorgeous. The pool is lovely and ideal for kids. So much better than a hotel pool. The rooms are all spacious and comfortable. The decor is done tastefully and very modern yet with a laid back goan feel. Leayanna made sure the place was ready for us. Housekeeping does a terrific job. The kitchen is well equipped, so bit of cooking is possible as well. Though we didn't opt for a barbecue,it is possible for those interested. The location is ideal again. So close to several beaches to choose from and also the Aguada fort. I highly recommend this place for couples and families.

We stayed at Villa Calangute Phase 3 in the first week of November. We were 3 couples and had small kids. The rooms were sufficiently spacious and comparable to a lot of hotels who would charge us much more. Cleanliness is comparable to good hotels. The kitchen was fully equipped and it helped us manage food for our kids any time of the day. There was more than enough space for our kids to play around. If we would have stayed in a hotel then our kids would find it difficult to play around. Here they could run around anywhere and even in the lawn. The place is close to the beach and also the market. The properly is well maintained. All of us think its an ideal place for family holidays. The owner was extremely professional and did a lot of followup prior to the trip and also while we were staying there. We definitely plan to stay again at one of their Villa's the next time we visit Goa.

A Star accomodation. To be frank - accomodation kept us at home and never let us go out on sight seeing even...it was so nice! Really felt at home and would love to come back and stay here again...will definitely refer friends! Best value for money!
