we all are enjoy lots in VILLA CALANGUTE (PHASE - 5) during stay from 26TH TO 29TH JULY, 2018. its very neat & clean property. its not A RENTAL VILLA, we feel HOMELY atmosphere. we proud to stay in VILLA CALANGUTE (PHASE-5). we decide when we come GOA we will stay in VILLA CALANGUTE only..... here with share some our picture during stay in VILLA CALANGUTE (PHASE-5)

It was a very nice stay, bcoz we all friends and family could stay together and enjoy the time. But there are few areas of concern, like the pricing is a bit expensive in comparison to other places or hotels, no power points in the rooms to charge your mobile or camera.

We (8 pax with kids) stayed in the Phase 1 Villa of the Villa Calangute properties. The Villa is nicely placed with 5mins. walking distance from the beach. The upkeep at the Villa is awesome. You will have your own attendant at the Villa to cater to your needs. There are restaurants just opposite to the Villa serving a wide variety to your tastes. The Pool is maintained regularly and is clean. There is a baby pool as well to serve the kids. Highly recommend this place to stay in North Goa.

We stayed at Calangute villa for 4 days in Holdiay street, i would say the entire house is meant for luxury stay and value for money , very spacious,good swimming pool and quality kitchen. 5 mins walk to beach and all important shops nearby are key items to note.Great service!!

Villa Calangute was very well maintained. They had covered the needs of staying at a tourist destination like Goa from all possible angles. Very warm, hospitable and courteous behaviour by the staff. Will definitely recommend this to all fellow travelers and friends.

We were 6 adults and two children and we found the villa 7 comfortable . Every thing promised were catered to. The attending staff were very courteous and provided all info . The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and stain free. The villa porch accomodated our Innova. Security seems adequate . We had lazed around for 4 days and have indulged in making our breakfast as the kitchen was very well equipped . They do not have in house restaurant or room service , but there are good restaurants nearby . Local cooks can be hired , which we chose not to . The support staff were prompt in providing sweeping services as and when requested .

Stay at Villa Calangute was amazing and relaxing. Villa strategically & peacefully located just 2 min walk away from beach and 10 mins walk away from crowded main Calangute market. Villa Calangute has all basic amenities and rooms, common areas, toilets are very clean and hygienic, thanks to caretaker Yamini, who is very friendly and helpful. This self catered villa gives you an option of self cooking (if in mood), or get local goan food made by care taker, if you are in GOA to just relax and in mood to roam around in the city. A perfect Family vacation splce in GOA.

We had a very comfortable stay at Villa Calangute. The house is very well furnished and maintained. The staff are friendly and reliable. Very conveniently located to travel around in the city and to visit places of interest. Highly recommended.

The beaches are very nice and offered lots of boat trips I got a chance to see the dolphins. Amazing villa, very clean and well maintained. Staffs were very friendly and welcoming. When good things happen one does not really need to make any special effort to speak about them and so I have already recommended this place to my friends & family who have plans to go to Goa. Hi Leayana,It was indeed a vert comfortable stay for us here. ANd quite luxerious too. We would love to come back here again. Also, we would be glad to recommend this place to our friends. The surprise package of eggs, beer, milk and other grocery items came handy. Moveover, we all loved the deco inside the house. Hoping to continue the association with you. We can recommend your house to all travellers to Goa.It is quiet and if you wish to make party, just walk a few minutes and you find the party.
