Luxury Villa With Pool, Pool Table, Foosball & Carrom – Phase 4

I stayed here with a group of friends. We chose Phase 4 and it definitely did not disappoint! The villa is beautiful, with each of the rooms fantastically designed with loads of space. The villa also has a nice pool, perfect for taking a dip in the hot sun! The staff were extremely helpful, providing great recommendations for local bars and restaurants which made our stay even better! Would not think twice about booking this villa again!

This is a cozy Villa in Calangute, ideal for a small family. It's very close to the beach, and has everything nearby. I enjoyed my stay here

This is the place to be if your planning your holidays in Goa with your family or friends. few minutes walking distance to the beach. Very helpful stuff, well maintained swimming pool and if you need privacy and loads of space to enjoy, then this is the right place for you.. go for it.. cheers

The property was well maintained and had ample of space to park our cars.The villa is set in the heart of Calangute city and just 10 minutes from the beautiful beach. It has everything you can expect in a villa and more.I would recommend anyone going as a group or a family.

My friends had a good time at the Villa. It was for ourselves with a private pool and barbeque stuff. Property is very well maintained and staff was very prompt in getting what we wanted. Well connected and close to all good places. I would recommend everyone going in group to check out this option before making a decision. Thank you team villa Calangute for this great experience.

I visited with my friends. We were a group of 9 adults and we enjoyed staying in the villa. The Location is good and the property is in a peaceful environment.

Lucinda reminded our booking a day in advance and during the day helped us reach the location without any difficulty. The manager helped came to the villa and handed over the key after taking the deposit money. The housekeeper,security-guard,driver of the vehicle arranged through the manager are friendly. A proper guide to help explore Goa can add value. The complimentary items given in the kitchen were great. The presence of a good quality iron box was really a nice thinking, apart from the washing machine, crockeries and cutleries, Gas stove, nice big TV and the A.Cs in bedrooms which were all in good working condition. A special mention has to be made about the small feet washing provision given at the entrance with a placard to wash our feet, if we are back from the beach. The spacious garden and veranda of the villa gave us nice place for a late evening chit-chat session. The calangute beach can be reached in 15 minutes walk by the shortest route, but not known to us first. Also we did not know that in Calangute beach, facilitites are available for para-gliding, water-jet rides etc, which we found out only on the fourth day.

The villa was exactly in the same condition as advertised. Very good location and very helpful staff. The goan food cooked on our demand was delicious. Nothing is very far from this villa, recommended for groups or families. Looking forward to try rest of their villas next year.. :)

Value For Money Family Accomodation We were 6 adults and two children and we found the villa 7 comfortable . Every thing promised were catered to. The attending staff were very courteous and provided all info . The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and stain free. The villa porch accommodated our Innova. Security seems adequate . We had lazed around for 4 days and have indulged in making our breakfast as the kitchen was very well equipped . They do not have in house restaurant or room service , but there are good restaurants nearby . Local cooks can be hired , which we chose not to . The support staff were prompt in providing sweeping services as and when requested.
