Note that this property is a studio flat but with a defined double bed sleeping area, separate decently-sized kitchen and twin balconies....to get an idea of size, be aware that the overall internal area is appreciably larger than one experiences when staying at a "high rise" accommodation on a typical Mediterranean resort!....if we throw in A/C, handy cooking and Cable TV facilities then we think that this offers brilliant value for money!

Location is also quite superb....for example, good enough for Neelam's "Grand Hotel"....all in all, great for an "out and about" couple of any age!

It offers peaceful surroundings…away from the main “hustle and bustle” of mainstream Calangute, yet still retaining a position of only 5 mins walk away from the Calangute Beach Road

I regret that the pool is not currently operational

In terms of the local area, Calangute is a medium size town......at the centre, of which, is where the Calangute beach road meets at the roundabout where the right turn leads to the Baga Road....most of the night time activity is around this area....equally interesting are the slightly fewer bars, restaurants and hotels that are apparent when one turns left at this same roundabout.

Calangute beach is fantastic!....lovely well priced bars and restaurants.....almost white sand and lovely warm sea...a delightul slight "cross-breeze" that keeps the most ardent of sun-bathers free from "over-cooking"

Why did I buy a property in this area?
Generally the known quality of the builders...and also the location.
Excellent complex facilities... slightly away from the beaten track...but still within easy range of the "hot spots"

Bars Shops and Restaurants in relation to the property?
In short, the immediate area itself is away from the beaten track...within 10 mins walk however is the most amazing multitude of bars/shops/restaurants etc.
