Villa Calangute Phase 12 has been designed, built, landscaped and lit by some of the best in Goa. The minimum occupancy is 12 people, but there is more than enough room to accommodate up to 18 people. The villa is great for group gatherings, friend reunions and family holidays. THE VILLA

- 6 en suite bathrooms (2 bathrooms with bathtubs)
- Open plan space - dining and kitchen flow seamlessly so you can prepare a meal whilst still keeping an eye on the kids in the living room.
- Double Storey AC Living Room with 55" TV, TATA sky, couches, coffee table and lotus lamps.
- Books, board games and magazines are also provided
– Dining table with chandeliers, chairs and bench with seating for 12 people.
- A baby cot and high chair is available for families with babies and young children
- Free WiFi with 30 - 50 mbps speed. The signal is strongest in the dining room area and in the rooms closest to the swimming pool.
- Desjoyaux Swimming Pool in the front yard, (9m by 4m with 4m by 2m kid’s pool), pool towels, patio chairs and sun beds.
-The swimming pool is shared with sister villa ,Phase 11
-This self catered home has a large kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, mixer, pressure cooker, Hob and double sink.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of crockery and utensils and other appliances.
- Games include - Pool table and Carom Board
- 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site)
- AC in the living rooom
- Large DJ music speakers are strictly not permitted near the pool area. Management takes no responsibility for any violations by neighbours/police due to this music and music will be stopped by security staff.

Exceptionally, you can rent both Phase 11 and Phase 12 for a 10 bedroom property, catering for 20 to 30 people. Being only a 12 minute walk from Calangute beach, with shared swimming pool, Phase 12 is arguably one of the most breathtaking Bali styled villas in Goa.

Bathrooms
All bathrooms are en-suite. Bathroom 5 and 6 are open plan bathrooms. Keeping in line with the organic design concept, bathroom 5 is open to sky (a bathroom without a roof). So come rain or shine you will be exposed to the outdoor elements, whilst using the lavatory, vanity and bathing amongst the coconut trees. Bathroom 6 has a transparent non-tinted glass wall with a shower curtain separating the bathroom and bedroom.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks or delivered by a restaurant for an additional cost. If you wish to opt for a cook, this should be confirmed at the time of the booking. We have limited cooks and it will be difficult to provide the service last minute. Your cook will only be booked once fully payment is made towards this service.

GARDEN
The garden path leads you to the swimming pool, where you can sit back and relax on the sunbeds. Alternatively, fire up the BBQ and play a game of pool table whilst watching the Goan sunset. Life is Good!

HOUSEKEEPING
-Done daily for 4 hours.
-Bed linen and towels are provided and changed every 5th day.
-No meals are provided, however you can ask our staff to cook for you for a nominal charge (tip), please pay them directly.

- CCTV surveillance on external grounds.
-Laptop Digital Safe in the one bedroom
- Nighttime security guard
