The apartment was very clean and tidy great location harry the owner is so helpful touches base with you regularly, we eat in on the odd nights and the faculties in the apartment allow you to do this .Harry and tanna make sure your stay in their apartment is most comfortable perfect hosts we will defiantly be using them again and their cleaner is so reliable and trustworthy . Harry and Tanna I would like to say thanks for perfect hosting look forward to seeing you in 2017

We had a few initial problems with the property which were promptly overcome by the owner who tried his level best to sort any issues that arose. The owner's representative was ill and not able to greet us on arrival which didn't help. The apartment needed a cleaning overhaul and we spent a few hours to bring it to a suitable state for us. This didn't distress us too much. The apartment itself is in a most acceptable complex overlooking nice gardens and a very presentable swimming pool. The apartment was very quiet, the air conditioning worked well and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony overlooking the gardens. We were initially disappointed with the way the apartment was equipped but to be fair the owner did advise us to let him know if we needed anything. Kitchen equipment is scanty but eating out is very reasonably priced so once again this became acceptable to us. It is possible to walk to Baga Beach however the road is very narrow and there is nowhere safe to walk as cars, buses, motor bikes and trucks whizz past just inches away. We had a reliable tuk tuk driver collect us each time we needed to leave and return to the apartment. Should we return to Goa we would definitely book this apartment again if available.
