Dellagracia Mansion

Ein ganz besonderes, wunderschönes Haus! Ruhig gelegen, absolute Privatsphäre, aber alles sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Unsere beste Erfahrung bis jetzt! Der Ort Posidonia (Della Gracia) mit den alten Villen ist traumhaft, man fühlt den Charme einer anderen Zeit. Genau dieses Gefühl hat man auch im Haus, das glücklicherweise originalgetreu und sehr liebevoll restauriert wurde, allerdings mit jeglichem comfort, den man sich heute wünscht. Es fehlt nichts! Gastfreundschaft wird sehr groß geschrieben, Service ebenfalls. Die Gastgeberin war für uns eine weitere besondere Begegnung auf der Insel. Wir freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen und danken nochmal für alles!!

A Ziller designed and secluded beautiful house with ample garden, lovely sea view and ten minutes walk from the beach. Tastefully decorated with antique furniture, spacious rooms and functional kitchen, it is an ideal holiday home. The hostess Despina is very charming and helpful and the cooked baby lamb and free range eggs she brought to us from her farm absolutely delicious! We will come back!

Villa de la Gracia Mansion is located in Syros Posidonia , in a plot full of pine, fig and mastic trees. It has a nice view of the sea and is always surrounded by fresh sea breeze. The mansion was built in the early 19th century and has been completely restored with total respect to its history and architectural identity , and is currently equipped with all the comforts of a contemporary house ( air conditioning throughout the house , wi-fi ) . The villa is decorated with antique furniture perfectly preserved and is fully equipped with all kitchen ustensils and it was delivered to us perfectly clean and tidy. It is a chic residence that exudes quiet luxury, it is surrounded by light and tranquility .The stay in the villa has been a very beautiful experience of nostalgic intimacy and serenity . The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful and she surprised us with her hospitality and an amazing local dish that she prepared for us . I will always treasure our stay ,many thanks to our beautiful hostess Despina !!!!!

Magnifique villa! Villa idéale pour des vacances en famille...et pour faire la fête! Belle vue mer et proche de jolies plages. La propriétaire a été aux petits soins avec nous en nous offrant des produits locaux. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques, la maison est belle et confortable.

It was a very nice stay. We wished that we could have stayed longer. A beautiful big old mansion, perfectly and totally renovated, with a 5 star comfort and hospitality. The hostess was friendly and very helpful. She arranged everything we asked for. Located in one of the two best districts of the island, famous for its beaches and the interesting architecture of the old mansions and towers of its noble past. The mansion offers a serene and extremely private environment in a three acres lovely garden, full of olive and pine trees. The property is surrounded by spacious hand carved marble yards and has a nice sea view to the closest beach,10 minutes walk from the house. The indoor atmosphere is elegant, the furnishing (renovated) antique and expensive, linen, bed covers, tableclothes, dishes and cutlery of high quality and good taste. Central A.C and additional heating for the winter months. The mansion has 4 big bedrooms. The three of them can perfectly sleep 3 persons each. The fourth,only 2,because it includes a cosy small kitchen and W.S as well. The property has 2 main bathrooms,3 W.S and an outside shower at the garden. It is ideal, safe and comfortable for families with children and it is offered in an excellent price for big groups and still at a reasonable price for smaller ones. A very good choice, in any case. We definitely recommend this place.
