The 2 floors villa CLEO (100m2) decorated in classic style with handmade furniture has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (upstairs & downstairs), big terraces with beautiful sea and pool view, 2 bathrooms (upstairs- Jacuzzi bathtub/WC, downstairs -shower /WC), dining room, private swimming pool, BBQ.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, Smart TV 40`with Netflix DVD player, hair-dryer, free Wi-Fi Internet, and can accommodate 4-5 persons. Ideal for families, or 2 couples.
Free of charge Cleaning, linen change ( sheets, towels, table cloths, dish towels) -2 times a week
The villa is situated in a very beautiful green place with lots of trees and grapevine around, close (~80m) to the sea, ~300m from the nearest beach Ai Helis (quiet and sandy). The house has a wonderful view of the Ionian Sea and mountains. The villa has been carefully designed to be as stylish and comfortable as a hotel suite, with the privacy and flexibility of a private home. thinking of your comfortable sleep offers natural latex hypoallergic mattresses and a pillows menu. The service, equivalent to a luxury hotel, includes on-call maid service and in-house spa services by appointment, and concierge services. The swimming pool is located cliffside with a breathtaking view of the sea. There is a number of local restaurants & gift shops within walking distance.
A variety of beautiful sandy beaches, such as Avithos, Ammes, and Minies, are all less than 1.5 km away. All the beaches are organized with sunbeds and umbrellas.
