The children have loved the pool, and Spartia is a very special place to us, our third visit did not disappoint. We would thoroughly recommend the fishing tour with Michalis and Antonia, I think that was the best meal I have ever eaten. We were lucky enough to swim with a turtle again on the beack this year and the boys loved seeing their friends at the Waterway restaurant who they met two years ago. The Villa offered everything and more that we could wish for and the sunbeds were very comfortable . William was on call for everything we needed. Thank you both

Highly Recommended Family Villa in Kefalonia – Beautiful, Super Clean & Great Views A beautiful villa with great views, comfy beds and everything you need for a wonderful stay. We were a multi generational family of 10 and it worked really for us. The swimming pool is super clean as is the villa. Very responsive hosts dealing with queries when they arose. A great location for local amenities, small shops and restaurants. A short walk to the beach - though the hill is a little steep. Would highly recommend. Perfect Family Getaway at Amari Villa in Kefalonia! Wow, we just had the most incredible family holiday at Amari Villa in Kefalonia! Let me tell you, it exceeded all our expectations! The villa is even more stunning than the pictures capture, with its incredible setting, sheer space, and tranquillity. It was just what we needed for total relaxation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the villa's spaciousness and breathtaking views from every room. The five spacious bedrooms were pure luxury, and the pool was beyond special, overlooking those awe-inspiring views. We spent most of our time soaking up the sun, playing, and relaxing around the pool. But the best part was the barbeque area! We enjoyed many mouthwatering grilled meals while surrounded by the enchanting atmosphere of the Ionian Island. And here's the best part - the beach was just a short stroll away! We couldn't resist diving into the crystal-clear waters and sinking our toes into the sandy shores. The village centre is just a short walk away, too, with a taverna, two bars/coffee shops, and two minimarkets literally on your doorstep. Plus, everyone we met was so friendly and helpful, which just made our holiday even better. The villa was flawlessly maintained and spotlessly clean, making our stay even more delightful. And with its proximity to Kefalonia airport and the capital Argostoli, it's the ideal base for everyone. We can't recommend Amari Villa enough for anyone seeking a luxurious holiday retreat in Kefalonia. It's a true gem, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable holiday experience!

What a fantastic villa, a real home from home. We stayed at Amari Villa in summer 2022 having booked directly with the owners. What a fantastic villa, a real home from home. Having seen the photos online we expected the property to be nice but upon arrival, we were stunned at just how huge and also grand this villa really is. With 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms, there is plenty of room. We had a washing machine, the first time in all our years of travelling abroad with our family. Every bedroom upstairs has it's own balcony and the views out to sea from the property are spectacular. My children spent endless hours having fun in the large outdoor swimming pool which is very private and not overlooked. There is a large outdoor area for alfresco dining with a beautifully made stone BBQ area. The property itself is easy to find and only a short drive from the airport. We would definitely recommend Amari villa and hopefully, we will return one day too. Many thanks to the owners for a fabulous stay at this stunning villa.

Perfect family holiday Three generations holidaying together in the perfect surroundings and villa. Absolutely everything we needed and so thoughtfully kitted out. The whole area was a delight, the flowers to the beautiful blue Aegean for swimming.. would love to visit again in the near future.

Amazing Stay at this Luxury Family Villa with a view We stayed at Amari Villa in July 2019. The location of Amari Villa is perfect to explore this unspoilt island but also to indulge in the fantastic views whilst listening to the chatter of birds and distant church bells. The Villa has everything we need and more. The place is immaculate and luxurious. The views are stunning. It's very peaceful but close to the beach, restaurants and many other little towns. A little piece of heaven. The welcome basket is brilliant and was much appreciated. On our arrival, we were greeted by Fotini and she explained everything about the villa and all directions and information provided were very informative and easy to follow. Nothing has been missed in this villa. The pictures don't do it justice. The locals were all very friendly. The restaurants were excellent. The beaches were just fabulous. We said we would always return to this villa and we have just booked again for this year. Can't wait...

Beautiful villa both inside and out Beautiful villa both inside and out. The views are stunning from the terraces. Would definitely recommend! On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean and there was lovely welcome pack of some essential foods and drinks. Even though villa is next to small through rd it is still very peaceful. The outdoor areas were beyond our expectations, particularly the pool. The only negatives were the bed frames were quite squeeky so everytime we moved during the night our young baby got disturbed. ...but I'm guessing this is easily resolved with some screw tightening!? The local mini market and lovely coffee lounge in the village would be within walking distance for people will full mobility, but for us travelling with a toddler, young baby and grandparents a car was essential. Similarly this was the case for the beach and the taverna; both were lovely but steep hills so walking back with pram etc was not enjoyable. ..simply solved by extending our car hire. The complimentary concierge service was completely wonderful and helped us organise car hire, airport transfers, food sho and chefs prior to the stay, and were on hand to help during our stay. Though there are lots of steps in the villa grounds they're big wide ones and not too steep. Also safety gate to stop little ones from getting near the pool when backs are turned. All in all a great place for a family holiday (we were with extended family), with plenty of space for every body to enjoy the holiday. Not a cheap option but worth the money and would stay again at this time of year (mid sep).

Beautiful villa in stunning location We have just arrived home from our holiday in Amari Villa and will definitely be going back. The villa is set in beautiful surroundings with spectacular views. It was lovely and clean and very spacious with top quality fittings. The swimming pool is beautifully kept (cleaned every day during our stay) and the gardens are perfect for relaxing in. We had our two children with us (aged 13 and 11) and they loved every minute. We loved the village of Spartia which is very small and quiet but we found everything we needed for a relaxing holiday in a truly Greek environment. The local restaurant serves lovely food and the owners are very welcoming.
