This villa is placed in beautiful location. Anyone who wants to rest in some quite place with nice views on mountains I would recommend it.
We had some troubles with getting to the place following instructions sent by the owner. Note that on Crete its not so easy with signs but I assume it also might be because of the night. But after all we had great holidays in villa.
Around 35 km from villa (1hr by car) there is Aradena george when you can have Bunge Jump from 138m canyon - its great expierience.

Extra information
A few words about the name of our villa. In ancient times there were four GALATEAS. - Galatea, the fairest of the Nereids (sea nymphs) - Galatea, the Cretan girl from Festos - Galatea, the Cypriot girl with whom the King of Pafos fell in love, and - Galatea, the one favoured by Dionysus, the god of wine. Our Galatea has inherited the beauty of the first, the fortitude of the second, the elegant poise of the third, and the artistry of the last. Villa Galatia has no season. It is there year round to tame the winter and adorn it with warmth, to cool the heat of the summer and to join the moments of spring with those of autumn, thus calming the restlessness of time. Villa Galatia stands proudly at the top of the hill dreamily observing the bright-green plain that lies beneath her. The vast sky sheds its light upon her from above and the breeze gracefully wraps itself around her stony hair, whispering to her how special she is!

I was born and raised in Greece, and my parents are originally from Asia Minor. I studied economics, but my true passion has always been theater, which has been an important part of my life for many years. I truly enjoy meeting people and connecting with guests from different parts of the world. Learning about different cultures, exchanging ideas, and sharing experiences is something I value deeply. Hosting gives me the opportunity to welcome people from many places and make them feel comfortable and at home during their stay, which is something that brings me great joy.
