The luxury , newly renovated Maisonette with 430 sqm on 2 floors with 5 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms and 1 WC situated on prime location to Rhodes city center and the medieval town on a distance of 3 km ,a private drive way with parking for 5 cars .The outdoor terrace that open completely to a furnished sun-kissed terrace, infinity pool with the size of 6 m x 11 m. The Monthe Smith – Rhodes Town Villa is a fun, vibrant Greek getaway for families and groups.
Additional facilities include 2 modern guest kitchen – fully equipped with all necessary kitchen ware , lounge , barbecue entertaining area,netflix,washing machine and tumble dryer ,each bedroom with a flat-screen TV and satellite channels,playstation 4 (ps4), ping-pong table. Twice a week in between and pool cleaning with linen and towels exchange.
From the parking area the house can be easily accessed to the main floor with 1 master bedroom ( 25 sqm, double bed kings size 1,90 x 2,00 with an additional double sofa) and 1 guest room ( 15 sqm 2 single beds which can adjusted to a double bed).On this floor there is one WC and 1 bathroom with a bath tab.
On the first floor are located another 2 guest bedrooms each 20 sqm with 2 single beds or an easy adjustment to 2 double beds .The bathroom with a bath tab is shared on this floor.The master bedroom is 35 sqm with king size bed 1,90 x 2,00 m and en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Reviewed: 31 July 2019 Luxurious, special villa in a quiet location. A real treat. · Stunning villa with lots of space, immaculately clean and with everything you could think of. We particularly loved the pool area; especially during the heat of the day where you could enjoy being outside without the worry of getting sunburnt! It helps to have a car, if only to go to a supermarket as you won't feel the need to eat out every day as the villa is so gorgeous!
