Originally built over 200 years ago and renovated in 2015. The house is a registered historical building and is placed in the Old Town adjacent to the forteress . The whole house, simple and elegant in a picturesque street of the old town next to all the amenities. Just a short walk away from the sea-side promenade and beaches. The house is fully renovated with modern design preserving and enhancing the traditional character of the place,a blend of Cretan and Venetian architecture.The apartment is ideal for couples or small families and can accomodate up to 4 people, is open plan with no private bedroom. There is a large living room with a queen double bed and a double sofa bed.There is easy parking for your car in the nearby parking next to the Fortezza entrance , or paid parking opposite from our apartment . Our accommodation is located in the heart of the old town of Rethymnon, in a picturesque alley , just a few meters from the well known "Fortezza Castle". The very central location makes it ideal for those who want to get to know the old town and its center. Less than 10 minutes walking from the beach and 5 minutes walking from "Mikrasiaton Square" , Archeological Museum , Venetian port and the "Neratze Mosque". Three minutes walking from "Fountain Rimondi".
Everything you need is just right on your door, bar, cafes restaurants, shops. So ,in a few minutes’ walk you can visit all the historical sites.
