The maisonette is 50m from the coast and 900m from the center of Nikiti.
It has 2 individual lawned gardens. It has an area of 75 sq.m. on 2 levels. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a terrace with a fantastic view of the sea and the hills.
On the ground floor there are 2 living rooms. The 1st living room has a fireplace, sofa, armchair and chair. The kitchen is in the same area. The second living room is located in the same area and has a sofa bed and wardrobe. It is separated from the 1st living room by a screen

There are 3 bicycles that you can use for free, as well as the 5 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas and a surfboard.
To the west, up to the village of Metamorfosi, there is a grove with a length of about 6 kilometers, where you can go hiking or cycling.
In the southeast and at a distance of 3-9 kilometers from the house, are the most beautiful coasts of Halkidiki such as the coast of Kastri, Ai Giannis, Koviou, Kalogrias, Spathies.
At a distance of 65 kilometers is the famous Mount Athos, an autonomous monastic state with 20 monasteries.

Hello. I am Athanasios and I will be happy to host you at my place and offer you everything you need for a pleasant stay. I am a retired professor of geology. My hobbies are travelling, reading, swimming and model trains. I also create various decorative works, such as floor or table lamps, wall clocks, mirrors from shells that I collected from the nearby seas, or from sea logs, which I display at home. I bought the house in 2004. I was enchanted by the area. it is quiet in a green environment with a wonderful view of the sea.
