The air-conditioned holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a kettle, and 2 bathrooms with a shower and bathrobes. Towels and bed linen are provided. The front door is security and the windows are tilting and equipped with insect screens. The yard is fenced with railings to protect property, vehicles, and children.
On the beach there are taverns, organized beach bars, water sports and a lifeguard. The beach is sandy and the sea is very clean, gradually deepening, covering all swimming tastes.
Our settlement is located between the villages of Nea Kallikrateia (west) and Sozopoli, Playa and Flogita (east), where you can find everything for shopping, dining and entertainment.
You can take day trips all over Halkidiki, which is famous for its amazing beaches, bars and fresh seafood.
The Anthropological Museum and Cave of Petralona is 9 km away. from the country house. The nearest airport is "Macedonia" Airport of Thessaloniki, at a distance of 28 km. from Unforgettable stay. Thessaloniki is 40 km away. and there you can visit museums, historical areas and many shops with economical prices.

We chose the location of the residence very carefully, because it was intended for a permanent residence. Because of my children I looked for a plot that was close enough to the beach and shops so that we didn't need a car, but also far enough away that we wouldn't be bothered by the noise of the beach and was safe for the children. This is how we built the house with love and passion, so that it is very functional, with a fenced yard of 500 sq.m. green, with space for parking, barbecue, outdoor shower closed. The house has a security door, aluminum windows with double glazing and screens, two bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and living room, kitchen, all fully equipped.
