Our Amare Villa, offering 120m2, is built on two levels and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Amare features a bright and spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a private pool with sunbeds and an outdoor shower.
On the lower level, you will find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor, there is a double bedroom with amazing sea view and a bathroom with modern shower. The veranda, offers panoramic endless view of the Aegean Sea.
This name has been given for the breathtaking, panoramic view to Akritochori. Gazing from Dimeli Villas, you can discern the Schiza and Sapienza islets, where the water of the Aegean Sea meets with the Ionian Sea. The sinking to the sea sun, turns the sky to a colourful sunset pallet calling you to relax.
The Dimeli Sea View Villas are set up with care and attention to detail inspired by the comfort and the safety for those seeking the simplicity of life. Away from daily routine, in a unique destination between the castle of Methoni and the castle of Koroni on an altitude of 225 meters, while the distance from the sea is about 3.5km.

A refined and elegant accommodation in a great position with panoramic sea views and magnificent sunsets. Modern, comfortable, clean, functional and fully equipped to ensure a pleasant stay. The exterior is charmingly shaped. The location is well chosen for easy access to all points of interest in the area while ensuring a pleasant tranquillity. Ideal for short and long stays. Hospitality impeccable as well as discreet is another advantage for a place you'd like to go over and over again and suggest unconditionally. Amazing & brand new villa with stunning sea view Aimilia and her family are wonderful hosts and build this brand new villa with so much love and details. We were so happy to be one of the first guests and enjoyed our stay in the well equipped villa with amazing sunset over the relaxing terrace. We received a really warm checkin and a huge basket with local food and even drinks in the fridge. The bed room comes with an extra cosy and huge bed where you enjoy perfect view over the ocean. We loved the quiet location of the villa close to amazing beaches, nice small towns like Methoni & Koroni and good infrastructure (Super market, bakery, etc.) Aimilia, thank you so much for the wonderful time at your place - We would highly recommend it to everyone searching for the perfect holiday! Villa Tera is one of the best Airbnb we have ever been to!
Our staying gave us, an additional value in our holiday days since we had all we wished for!The view is breathless every period of the day, especially during sunset. Had all needed amenities plus welcome presents! We felt at home, since the hosting staff was very polite and always available. We relaxed in the middle of nature, in a modern facility without any disturbance nor any noise. We are looking forward to visit again!
