The house is part of a project of modern Greek-style houses. Located only 300 meter from the beach and on walking distance of everything you need for a nice holidays and a comfortable stay. Build on 9000 sqm, the semi-detached houses surround a 125 sqm swimming pool, which is filled up from 01 April until the end of October!
There is aircondition on the ground floor & bedrooms. There are patios in the front and on the back of the house and the rest of the land is green grass and some olive trees with mountain view. Kolymbia is located 20 minutes from Rhodes Town, and is only four minutes from the village of Afandou with its many facilities and an 18-hole golf course. It is a 2-floor cosy furnitured, new house.
A spacious livingroom, dining, kitchen on the groundfloor, with big window doors which you can open to enter your back patio. This patio is connected with the swimmingpool. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The house is brand new with all its comfort. The wooden ceilings and the furniture make it a cosy and pleasant place to stay.

Lovely property, excellent location and the pool was amazing for our 3 small children as it was shallow for a large part.
The only recommendation I can make is that a guard rail be added to the top bunk in the children's bedroom as it did not have one and so was unsafe for young kids to sleep in the top bunk.

We stayed 2 weeks in June 2013 at this lovely property with 2 small children and we all enjoyed it a lot. It was spacious enough for the 4 of us, good airconditioners, lovely style of the house. The cleaner was there once, to change the bedlinen and towels and she was very nice and lovely, like the owner Elias himself. We found the location of the property superb, but we drove everywhere with a car, which is a must to hire there.
