Kyriaki Villa is a 3-floor family complex located in Nea Iraklitsa town, a popular tourist destination, just 200 meters from the beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters. It Provides outdoor sitting on its private garden, where guests can enjoy a quiet evening having a BBQ, or cool summer drinks.
It takes only 2 minutes by car or 10-20 minutes walking on the stone-paved path next to the sea to reach the heart and the center of Nea Iraklitsa, where guest can have coffee, take a walk on the beautiful marina , or have a meal in one of the waterfront restaurants
Kyriaki Villa offers two fully independent suites,suitable to accommodate large groups of friends or families.
This spacious luxurious villa consists of three floors and all the commodities you might need for a pleasant stay.The garden floor has a living room with a big corner sofa a TV set, a dining set a single bed .
The Garden floor has a living room with a big extra comfortable corner sofa, A fully equipped kitchen, dinning area bedroom and a full bathroom.
The first floor has large living room with a big extra comfortable corner sofa which can sleep two children (plus one extra bed for a third child), a 43 inch 4K Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen where the brand new dinning set can host 8 guests while there is a special dinning corner for children, and a WC. A beautiful terrace awaits you right outside the living room with appropriate furniture to relax in the sun and a barbecue corner to enjoy with your friends .
The second floor has three double bedrooms, equipped with brand new queen size double beds (1.60X2.00m) with anatomic mattresses with latex, coated/lined with excellent quality artificial leather. There is also one single bed in one of the bedrooms. All bedrooms have a balcony and are equipped with A+ Air Conditioning . A full bathroom .

Jenny is an amazing host and we had a fantastic time in her property. 200m away from the beach, clean and spacious - it is the perfect spot for a big family. And our pet was with us which was great!
KRISTIYana ATANASOVA The Kyriaki villa is an awesome place to stay during your vacation in Nea Iraklitsa. The villa is well equipped and has lovely hosts - Jenny and Kelly. Both of them are ready to assist with everything they can! Jenny was very quickly responding to all questions that we've got. There are 2 barbecues in the villa, so you can prepare lovely meals on your own as well. The terrace and the garden are really great. There is place for parking really close to the villa. There are lovely beaches and restaurants in the area and if you go to Kyriaki villa, Jenny will provide you a well prepared guide book that will help you in your choice. And once again - thank you for the hospitality, Jenny and Kelly!
We had a great vacation at Jenny's house. It was perfect equipped, communication with Jenny was excellent, very clean and cozy house. Definitely i would recommend the house and we will visit it again.

Jenny’s house is amazing. Spacious, modern, nice terrace. Sandy beach is right near, not more than 200m. There are sunbeds on the beach and bars. Big Supermarket 500m away. We received on arrival some hand made metal gifts, such nice craftmenship. We learn after that its a family business. I recommend this villa and host. We had a wonderful time there
