Overview
Our property includes two studios that can accommodate two people and an infant each. The studios are on the 1st floor of a building in front of the beach.
Each studio has a double Queen size bed, a wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi shower and a private balcony with a magical sea view. There is also a fridge, a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an espresso machine and equipment to prepare breakfast, snacks and salads. Linen, towels and sleep coverings are also provided. Our amenities include a washing machine on the terrace of the building, a hairdryer and an iron in each studio.
The beach bars in front of the building can accommodate you during your day on the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, food and drinks.
The village of N.Peramos is a traditional fish village with many Greek tavernas which provide a wide variety of fresh fish and Greek specialities prepared daily.
You can also find many shops around the area; mini markets, cafes, tavernas, bars, breakfast & brunch places, and clothes & accessories shops. There are pharmacies, a bank, 4 ATMs and a medical office.
The Chrisoupoli Airport "Alexander the Great" is 40 km. and Thessaloniki Airport "Macedonia" is 150 km. away from Nea Peramos. The city of Kavala is just 19 km. to the southeast.
The magnificent beaches with turquoise waters around the area will capture your soul forever.

Kαλαίσθητος χώρος, με θέα θάλασσα, πεντακάθαρο! Είχαμε μια ωραία και βολική διαμονή! Πολύ ευγενική και κατατοπιστική η οικοδέσποινα, παρόλο που έλειπε, (κρίμα που δεν σε γνωρίσαμε από κοντά).Ίσως την επόμενη φορά! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Άννα!
Stylish, boho Apartment with excellent attention to detail. Anna’s place is truly a gem and we enjoyed our stay very much. It was the most comfortable bed for a good night sleep we had! Central location, great for couples and solo with all possible amenities you could need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

5 stars. We are very satisfied with our visit. You get what the pictures shows. Close to the beach, walking distance to the “centrum” (5 minutes), clean, Anna is a great and warm host who cares about her guests. Good to know: there is a beach bar (mad house) across the street, and some nights they have guests very late and play laud music. We had earplugs so it didn’t disturb us. But it’s good to know. Recommend ❤️

Der Aufenthalt in Annas Apartment war sehr schön. Es ist alles sauber und es gibt alles was man braucht. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür, ebenso wie Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Anna ist immer zu erreichen und super hilfsbereit. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Bars sind nachts etwas laut, was uns persönlich nicht gestört hat. Deshalb 5 Sterne. Danke Anna 😊
