Overview
Villa Phaedra of Inoro villas offers an ideal getaway destination for those looking for privacy and total serenity, enjoying an elegant blend of comfortable living with all modern amenities within an unspoiled natural environment! Our villa benefits from being within walking distance from the picturesque traditional village of Katouna (500m), about 2.5kms away from the fishing village of Lygia and just 6kms from the town of Lefkada which is the entrance to the island.
The villa is 180sq.m. within a c. 1.5 acres plot of land, surrounded by olive trees and lush vegetation. It features 4 delightfully decorated bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms/shower rooms and splits into two levels. The upper level hosts the villa’s main entrance, its living areas, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms/shower and extra wc. The open plan kitchen is full of light, fully equipped with fitted appliances including 4 ceramic hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso maker, juicer etc.
The dining area and the sitting room with a fireplace enjoy plenty of space and some beautiful seaviews. There is a large veranda extending out of the dining and the seating areas with magnificent, panoramic views of sea views and olive groves, while the views reach right across to the mainland mountains. The lower floor features two bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms (one double and one twin bedroom). French doors from the lower floor open to reach a totally relaxing pool and garden area.
Sunbeds and sun umbrellas around the swimming pool (36sq.m.) offer the ideal setting for complete relaxation while kids may enjoy themselves in our playground (children’s house, slide, swing).
The villa is fully air conditioned, with satellite TV, DVD/CD player and wifi internet connection.
Inoro villas consist of villa Phaedra (4 bed) and villa Daphne (3 bed) which are located at a distance to each other, within a plot of land of 3 acres. The plot is split in half so that each villa enjoys its own 1.5 acres of surroundings. Each villa’s boundaries are clearly separated by both a fence and olive trees.

We spent a wonderful time at the villa with our friends. We are two families of 3 and the villa had plenty of rooms and space for all of us. The equipment of the villa is great and you get everything you need there. The view and the pool are great too. We highly recommend the villas for everyone looking for a good stay on Lefkada.
Our stay at villa Phaedra was absolutely fulfilling! The villa has all the amenities you can think of. Big bedrooms, very comfortable living room and a big veranda with fabulous view. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The pool and the garden area are absolutely beautiful. The place is so relaxing that we didn't feel like moving from the house. Katerina and Grigoris were very friendly and warm hosts and always ready to help and explain. When we arrived a big basket with fruits, wine, bread ,homemade marmalade was waiting for us. We definitely recommend this location!!!
