Overview
Villa Phivi is one of our three luxury holiday Villas in Andros Island Greece. This villa of 255 sq.m., fully furnished and equipped, is situated in an amphitheatric location on the south-west coast of Andros. Easily accessible through the main road, Villa Phivi is designed with the use of natural, environmental-friendly materials, in a combination of Cycladic and modern architecture.
This Villa is situated on the northern part of Heliades Villa Estate.
The 5-bedroom Villa Phivi offers breath-taking sea views over the Aegean Sea and the surrounding hill tops. It extends into three levels and can host up to ten (10) guests in its five double bedrooms. One or two extra beds (or baby cots) for children can also fit in the master bedrooms or the common spaces of the villa. Villa Phivi is completely independent from our other two villas. It has a beautiful garden, a private swimming pool and a parking area just outside the villa. This holiday home in Andros Greece has been built with great care and selective quality materials, such as marble, wood and stone.
The main entrance of the villa is located on the first level (76 sq.m.), where there is a large, fully-equipped kitchen with a dining room, a living room with fireplace and one double bedroom with an ensuite small bathroom with a shower. As this is a totally self-catering villa in Andros Cyclades, feel free to prepare all your meals and enjoy them in the large dining tables, indoor or outdoor.
Through marble stairs, our guests can reach the upper level (54 sq.m), which hosts two double master bedrooms with wooden floors, private balconies and shared bathroom with jacuzzi.
The swimming pool level of Villa Phivi has an additional separate entrance and is connected with the main living area through an internal staircase, made of marble.
It has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one bathroom has jacuzzi & washing machine and the other bathroom has shower), fully built-in electric-equipped open plan kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room and one WC. This level opens to the private swimming pool with patio and sun lounges, surrounded by a beautiful garden. At the back side of the garden is a gas barbecue.

Kato Fellos is an amazing villa, beautifully furnished and appointed as a home. It is cared for by Sergey and Nina who keep it wonderfully. Everything that you could possibly need on a holiday is provided for from the kitchen (the best sharp knives in any rented place) to the poolside, It is everything you ever dreamed of. Its wonderful position is high up above the local beach, with views between headlands which inspire you every morning you draw back the curtains. Access on dust roads to other local, quiet beaches is easy or you can spend long hours by the pool at the villa. Couldn't recommend this villa more highly.
Anna's Review Sep 13 - Sep 19, 2021 Villa Phivi with private pool It’s hard to overstate how beautiful this villa is. It’s the perfect location to explore Andros’ breathtaking beaches. One of the best beaches is close to the villa- perfect for sunset swimming. We felt very well looked after, the house was kept lovely and clean and Korinna helped us with any questions we had.
We spent 7 magical days in Villa Phivi at Heliades Villas! It was everything that we expected and then more! Amazing location, beautiful house, very private and the most amazing views! Korinna and her husband went above and beyond to make us feel at home on the beautiful island of Andros! I hope that we can go back some day soon.
