Villa Anna

Our villa features two floors, with a well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor for preparing delicious meals and breakfasts. The comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV is conveniently located next to the kitchen. The ground floor also boasts two bedrooms with a double bed, while one bedroom has an additional single bed. 

On the upper floor, you will find the spacious master bedroom with a king-size double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower. The private balcony offers breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding area, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind. 
Our pool area also features a nice and functional BBQ area, which is perfect for having fun around the pool while enjoying a tasty grilled meal and the magnificent sunset views. 
Located in the serene northeast part of Corfu, just a stone’s throw away from the bustling resort of Kassiopi and the harbor of Agios Stefanos – northeast, Avlaki Beach is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. This pristine beach is actually comprised of two beaches – one long and organized, and one small cove without facilities. What’s more, both beaches are wind-protected by a small peninsula to the east. The long beach is approximately 500 meters long, featuring smooth large pebbles and transparent waters. Along the beachfront, a few restaurants are lined up, while at the back, villas and small complexes with studios to rent are scattered among green trees and grass. You’ll also find showers and changing cabins, as well as sunbeds offered by the restaurants. Avlaki Beach is gaining popularity due to its facility for horse riding and swimming lessons for children.
If you’re looking for a more secluded spot, the smaller beach is accessible either on footpath from the larger beach or by road, which also leads to the secluded Akoli beach on the east coast. On the peninsula, there are a few more coves with amazing blue waters, but most of them are accessible only by boat.
Avlaki Beach is a perfect destination for those who prefer pebbled beaches over sandy ones. This relatively “wild” beach is in a windy region preferred by surfers and sailing enthusiasts. You’ll only find two taverns at the end of the road, so it’s an excellent choice for those seeking a less cosmopolitan place for their holiday or swim.
At Avlaki Beach, you can rent boats, and even surfing gear. This location is ideal for relaxation, strolling, horseback riding, and diving. You’ll mostly run into foreigners who are staying in Kassiopi and nearby hotels.
From Avlaki, a lovely path with signs leads to the entirely secluded, idyllic beaches of the Peninsula of Erimitis and to three lakes of the region – significant wetlands, Savoura, at a close distance, Vromolimni, and Akoli.
