Only 12 km from the cottage is located one of the most tourist and popular towns of Halkidiki - Chaniotis. At 10 km from the house there is a hospital with hot hydrogen sulfide springs. Near the complex is a small five-star hotel ANASTASIA RESORT.
On the 1st floor: a living room with a fireplace and upholstered furniture, combined with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom. In the living room, the sofa unfolds into a double bed.
From the living room there is access to a spacious terrace and a plot.
On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, one of them with a balcony, a bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds.
Home improvement was done by a famous interior designer.
On the ground floor, the floors are covered with parquet in light natural tones, and the living room and bedrooms have suspended ceilings with lighting.
On the veranda there is a canopy of white wood, a marble large dining table, white curtains and large vases with flowers, light pillows on the built-in sofa.
On a site 2 chaise lounges with an umbrella, landscape design is made. Vacationers can enjoy a cozy house, sufficient privacy.
