The outside area 120 sq. meters faces the sea with shared swimming pool and a private BBQ area.

The house is one of the best on the island due to location in the middle of the island and the nearest beach from the capital Fyra .

The area located belongs to IMEROVIGLI village and the beach name with red and black sand name is PORI.

The bus station is outside the villa and for airport is just a road same for destinations FYRA and oia only 6 KM.

The neighbors are fishermen houses small fishing harboure mountains and the sea. The villa have private ladder from balcony to the private beach.
