Overview
Sunset & sea view studio-3 was renovated on 2021 and consists of an open plan bedroom with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The studio offers its own balcony with marvelous views of the sea and the sunset. The studio offers a double bed (160*200) and a couch which can be converted to a single bed. The kitchenette is equipped with pots, pans, plates etc. There are also a mini fridge and a stove.

Kato Gouves (or simply known as Gouves) is a popular holiday resort located 18km east of Heraklion, in the foothills of mount Ederi. In contrary to the neighboring crowded resorts Malia and Hersonissos, Gouves offers peaceful holidays, ideal for families with children and elderly people. Here you will find mostly families that enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches, close to all necessary facilities.
The beach of Gouves is very well organized with umbrellas, sunbeds, lifeguard, diving centers, water sports, showers, changing rooms, etc. The sea has fine sand and shallow water, but is open to the frequent north winds. Therefore, there are several small piers and small marinas nearby, where you can swim, protected by the waves. The coastal road of Gouves runs along the coast, making the detection of your favorite beach very easy! In the evening you can walk along this road and enjoy the sunset. There are also many cafes and restaurant on the road with spectacular sea view. Apart from these, on the main road of Gouves, you will find several super markets, shops, pharmacy, practice and ATMs.

Athanasios and his sister Sonia are incredebly nice hosts. Arrival, departure, advices or help during our stay, ther were great at every level. The appartement is literaly at 20 meters from the sea, store, bars and restaurants at 1 minute by walk, swimming pool of the Kalia hotel is great as much as their staff. Not one bad thing, all positive ! Go there with your eyes closed.
einfach eine tolle Unterkunft mit gigantischen Blick, alles war wirklich sehr sauber, die umgebung bietet viele Restaurants und Supermärkten. wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dort einchecken, Danke für alles ihr lieben 💗 just great accommodation with a gigantic view, everything was really very clean, the area has many restaurants and supermarkets. we would check in there again any time, Thanks for everything dear
