Overview
Our apartment consists of a bedroom ,a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower . There is an open plan living room with a sofa which can be converted to a double bed, a dining area and a kitchenette. The bedroom offers a double bed (160*200) and AC. There is also a spacious balcony with outdoor lounge furniture. it is the perfect space to unwind and enjoy the sea view with a glass of local wine.

Kato Gouves (or simply known as Gouves) is a popular holiday resort located 18km east of Heraklion, in the foothills of mount Ederi. In contrary to the neighboring crowded resorts Malia and Hersonissos, Gouves offers peaceful holidays, ideal for families with children and elderly people. Here you will find mostly families that enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches, close to all necessary facilities.
The beach of Gouves is very well organized with umbrellas, sunbeds, lifeguard, diving centers, water sports, showers, changing rooms, etc. The sea has fine sand and shallow water, but is open to the frequent north winds. Therefore, there are several small piers and small marinas nearby, where you can swim, protected by the waves. The coastal road of Gouves runs along the coast, making the detection of your favorite beach very easy! In the evening you can walk along this road and enjoy the sunset. There are also many cafes and restaurant on the road with spectacular sea view. Apart from these, on the main road of Gouves, you will find several super markets, shops, pharmacy, practice and ATMs.

Добрый день. Мне очень понравилось пребывание в этих апартаментах. Расположены очень близко к пляжу, слышен шум моря (виден кусок с балкона). Оба пляжа с мелким заходом - будет удобно с детьми. песок мелкий, приятный. Большая прогулочная линия с кучей ресторанов и сувенирных лавок. Во дворе бассейн (мы не купались - были в начале октября, уже вода холодновата). В апартаментах очень удобная кровать, большой диван в гостиной. Удобная плетеная мебель на балконе. Сами апартаменты на третьем этаже, вход по лестнице - учитывайте при бронировании. Кухня небольшая, все необходимое есть. Не хватало микроволновки (но мы их ни в одних апартаментах за весь отпуск не увидели). В пешей доступности несколько продуктовых магазинов и фруктовых лавок. Рекомендую.

Appartement très identique à la description. L´hote est très arrangeant, il a accepté de laisser l´appartement plus tot que prévu. L´hospitalité crétoise n´est pas un mythe. Très bien accueilli, tout le monde est très sympathique, c´etait parfait. Logement bien situé pour faire un road trip en Crète. C´est validé !!
Nous sommes ravis d’avoir passé une semaine dans ce logement. Il est situé dans un quartier calme en bord de mer, facilement desservi par les bus et autres moyens de transport pour visiter l’île ainsi qu’à proximité de commerces et restaurants pour bien en profiter. Au sein de celui-ci vous pourrez admirer la mer du balcon (quel plaisir!). De plus, les hôtes sont très accueillants et à l’écoute de leurs locataires si besoin. Nous le recommandons vivement !! We are delighted to have spent a week in this accommodation. It is located in a quiet area by the sea, easily served by buses and other means of transport to visit the island as well as close to shops and restaurants to enjoy it. Within it you can admire the sea from the balcony (what a pleasure!). In addition, the hosts are very welcoming and attentive to their tenants if necessary. We highly recommend it!!
