Sole Mare seaside apartments is a small, family run hotel which consists of 3 sunset view studio and 4 apartments. The hotel is located in front of the sea , in the picturesque village of Kato Gouves.
Overview
Sunset & sea view studio-1 was renovated on 2021 and consists of an open plan bedroom with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The studio offers its own balcony with marvelous views of the sea and the sunset. The studio offers a double bed (160*200) . The kitchenette is equipped with pots, pans, plates etc. There are also a mini fridge and a stove.
Free wifi is provided.

Kato Gouves (or simply known as Gouves) is a popular holiday resort located 18km east of Heraklion, in the foothills of mount Ederi. In contrary to the neighboring crowded resorts Malia and Hersonissos, Gouves offers peaceful holidays, ideal for families with children and elderly people. Here you will find mostly families that enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches, close to all necessary facilities.
The beach of Gouves is very well organized with umbrellas, sunbeds, lifeguard, diving centers, water sports, showers, changing rooms, etc. The sea has fine sand and shallow water, but is open to the frequent north winds. Therefore, there are several small piers and small marinas nearby, where you can swim, protected by the waves. The coastal road of Gouves runs along the coast, making the detection of your favorite beach very easy! In the evening you can walk along this road and enjoy the sunset. There are also many cafes and restaurant on the road with spectacular sea view. Apart from these, on the main road of Gouves, you will find several super markets, shops, pharmacy, practice and ATMs.

Appartement face mer, près de l'aéroport et à l'écart de la ville d'heraklion, quartier tranquille. Beaucoup d'espace et tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Merci Close to Heraklion, not bothered by planes, friendly experience and very well located. Easy dialogue for arrival!
Appartement très bien situer avec la mer juste en bas. Une vue magnifique. Appartement très pratique. Le lit est super confortable et grand. Le linge parfait également. En centre ville avec des restaurants et bar à proximité. On nous a très bien reçu, rapidement et sans problème et la communication était très simple. Amazing and clean accomodation, up to its standards. Quiet and comfortable.
Το διαμέρισμα είναι ακριβώς μπροστα στην θάλασσα σε τέλειο σημειο και για να κανεις μπάνιο και για να ψωνίσεις, καθώς έχει μίνι μάρκετ ακριβως από κάτω. Η θέα φαντασική και το αεράκι από την θάλασσα μας έκανε να μην ανοίξουμε καν aircondition. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! The apartment is right in front of the sea in a perfect location for both bathing and shopping, as it has a mini market just below. The fantastic view and the breeze from the sea made us not even open airconditioning. I highly recommend it!
