100 square meters overlooking the sea and the island of Evoia. The owner has proved the best of accommodation quality in Villa Agnanti which is a few meters away from Villa Konaki. This is a fully refurboshed holiday villa, spacious, suitable for couples, families, elderly people and anyone who is looking for a relaxing traditional holiday to combine with siteseeing and visit Athens-Acropolis and other interesting sites. The decoration of the house is traditional Greek, and you will find anything you need during your holidays. Completely private, with other villas around it, in a secure distance to ensure there is noone to desturb you.
What to do
What to Visit during your holiday in Villa Konaki 1)The Island of Evoia is within a 1 hour drive(there is a bridge connecting the island with mainland Greece, or 10 minutes drive and 40 minutes ferry. In Evoia there are beautiful beaches and nice tavernas and bars to visit. 2)Athens and Acropolis: Within an hour drive the guest can reach the center of the Greek Capital. 3)Nea Makri and marathon in 30 minutes drive: Ancient sites, beach bars, bars and clubs, restaurants, museums, shopping centers, banks, Internet cafes. 4)Greek islands for day trips: within 45 minutes drive the guests can reach the port of Rafina. From Rafina there are ferries to many Greek islands as Mikonos(4 hours), Paros(4 hours), Tinos. Also there are speed ferry boats that can take you to main Greek islands within 2 hours. 5) Corinthos are within 2 hours drive from the Villa. 6)Olympia is a nice visit for day trip. The guests can visit the ancient sites of Ancient Olympia. 7)Peloponese is within 2 hours drive from the Villa.
History of Sesi Beach -Grammatiko
located 17 kilometers away from the Olympic Rowing Center of Schinias, 16 kilometers from the Historic Tomb of Marathon and 15 kilometers from the starting line of the Athens Marathon. The ancient site of Ramnous is 12 km away from Marathon which was built next to two temples.
The Historic Battle of Marathon took place in 490 B.C. According to Herodotus, 100,000 Persians were defeated by 11,000 Greek Soldiers at Marathon. The Greeks were victorious due to the ingenious plan of their general Miltiades.

We stayed at Villa Konaki in September this year and we had a really lovely stay! The views from the villa are incredible and the rooftop terrace is a great place to see it from. We can't recommend Irene and Dimitri enough, from the moment we arrived they were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very at home and made good recommendations on things we could do and even brought us a few meals of home cooked Greek food and fresh fruit from their gardens.
The village was pretty quiet (although we did go off peak in late September) so it was very relaxing although the neighbour enjoys quite loud Greek music all day every day, which fortunately we didn't find too bad. There is stuff to do around the area but not a great deal and you do have to drive to it as there is no public transport. The villa was so nice that we spent most of our days there relaxing and swimming and there was enough within a 40 minute drive to give us enough day trips; so it wasn't really a problem.
A car is an absolute must and it's definitely advisable to first arrive during daylight hours as the roads are quite windy and hilly. We managed fine but the roads there aren't that good.
Offer
We had a great two week vacation in the villa. Half the time we did not bother to travel but simply enjoyed the villa, pool, nearby beach and the peace&quite.
The family are great and hospitable. The house is well equipped. The location is ideal. We intend to return and I have already recommended it to my friends.
