Villa has striking architecture with excellent use of glass and very appealing angles.
The villa has four bedrooms, one of which is a very stylish loft space, and three bathrooms.
The interior lounge space is stunning, with modern, minimalist styling.
The villa also has fantastic outdoor space, including a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, alfresco dining, and a garden.

This wonderful complex of only four villas is only 150m from the beach and has stunning sea views from the upper balcony. Pefkochori is a picture-perfect, quaint village of whitewashed houses surrounded by citrus and olive groves that extends to a popular beach resort area on the Toroneos Gulf.
It is situated in the southeast corner of the Kassandra peninsula.
Pefkochori is named after the mountains' abundant, fragrant pine trees.
Visitors appreciate the village's traditional Greek vibe, watersports, spectacular sunsets, and delicious food served at casual tavernas and fine dining restaurants.
After dark, several bars and clubs play Greek and Serbian party music.
Among other crafts and local treats, small shops and stalls sell jewellery and lemon liqueur.

Every room in Villa has a smart television for your viewing pleasure.
The ground floor living area is open plan, with an immaculate kitchen, comfortable sofas, and lovely garden views.
One of the sleeping areas is quite unique: a second-floor cosy loft with its own queensize bed, views of the garden through the spectacular sloping glass, and a television suspended from the roof.
It's a really cool sleeping area. It might be necessary to draw straws to determine who gets it!
There are two more bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as an ensuite bathroom.
These are not your typical bedrooms.
They are chic, cool places with hanging rails rather than traditional wardrobes, all with platform beds and minimal design. Instead of being side by side, the twins are positioned in a L shape. This place is spotless.
There are three total bathrooms, including the ensuite.
Again, they are extremely stylish, with marbled tiling and the finest fittings. Guests are treated to luxurious Korres toiletries as well as fluffy bathrobes and slippers.

Outside, the large jacuzzi can be converted into a children's pool.
On request, the swimming pool can be heated.
There may be a race to the sun loungers that appear to float in the pool on a deck, but there are plenty more.
The alfresco dining area is fantastic, with a trendy pergola and a fantastic barbecue to use.

Villa Gorgan is perfectly located for you to enjoy the local breathtaking beaches and one of the many boat excursions.
