The resort town of Loutraki, which is well-known for its mineral springs and offers a variety of services like shopping, bars, and restaurants, is close to the 12-bedroom, Mediterranean-style villa. Only a 15-minute stroll separates you from Skaloma's and Blue Lake's stunning beaches.

On the first level, there is a large living area with access to the pool terrace, a kitchen, and three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The newly added garden suite with a retractable roof, which allows you to essentially sleep under the stars, is the highlight of these.

The master bedroom, which also has an ensuite, is located on the first floor and has a sizable balcony with beautiful sea views. A shower room is shared by the remaining three bedrooms. Three further bedrooms are located in the basement, one of which has a separate entrance from the outside.

There is a sizable private pool, which is the ideal spot from which to take in the tranquil surroundings. A eating room with a gas burner, wood pizza oven, and barbeque is also present. Excellent for the family chef or you may hire a chef to handle everything, including cooking a whole lamb. The proprietor may arrange cooking classes or gastro tours if you'd want to learn a little more. Additionally, there are lovely gardens that have been expertly planned, complete with fruit trees, a vegetable garden, and many other scented plants.

Please take note that the pricing is based on 10 visitors for 5 bedrooms, 12 guests for 6, 14 guests for 7, 16 guests for 8, 17 guests for 9, plus a garden suite that can accommodate up to 22 people. Four more beds are available for an additional fee of €40 per person per night (under 2s stay free). Empty rooms won't be offered unless they cost money.

The property holds an extraordinary location in the Gulf of Corinth close to the popular resort town of Loutraki. Loutraki is less than 25 minutes away and boasts a wide range of amenities as well as a beautiful, family-friendly beach.

The villa is just 10-minutes away from Limni Vouliagmeni; here you can swim year-round with a part salt-water/ part spring water lake, the temperature never falls below 21°C. Enjoy a swim or simply relax on the shore with a cocktail, the lake offers something for the whole family! Greece's capital city, Athens, is an hour and a half away, bursting full of ancient history and things to see, do and explore it is a must visit!

The amazing historical site of Heraion of Perachora is another must visit related to the mythological history of the Goddess Hera ad you can see the ruins of the Temple of Hera.

In nearby Makrigoas is the Greek traditional tavern, Niki, serving seafood, the best Calamari and traditional Greek meals; there are sunbeds, umbrellas, as well as seating next to the beach with beautiful views across the Gulf of Corinth.

The monastery, Moni Osiou Patapiou is worth a visit. Fabulous views. There are lots of steps on the approach, and it's worth remembering to wear conservative clothes as it's still a working religious site, there is a small cafe there too.
A drive to the Lighthouse at Cape Melagoni is best done in the afternoon to catch a fabulous sunset.
