Villa is made up of two separate buildings, each of which is beautiful, modern, and offers superb, luxurious accommodations. Both buildings are available as a package, making them ideal for groups of friends, two families, or a multi-generational family vacationing together.
Each building has two bedrooms and a beautiful living area with sofabeds that can sleep an additional two guests.
Outside, there's a fantastic swimming pool with hydromassage, alfresco dining, and a delightful tropical garden.
If the sofabeds are used, Villa can sleep up to twelve people.

The villas are located only 300 metres from the nearest beach. Gennadi vacations are laid-back and all about living like a local. This charming fishing village has narrow streets and traditional tavernas. Gennadi's beach stretches for miles on either side of the village, with excellent watersports and beach bars. Gennadi is only thirty minutes from Lindos, a whitewashed town dominated by its famous hilltop Acropolis.
With remains from the Roman era, an ancient Greek temple, and a castle built by the mediaeval knights of St John, the ruins tell the storey of the island's past.
Lindos is a lovely town full of unique jewellery and handicraft shops, boutiques, and lively bars.
The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Rhodes is an hour away at the opposite end of the island.

Each Villa building features a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two luxury bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and a fantastic open plan living space.
The kitchens are sleek and stylish, with beautiful tiling and high-quality appliances.
Relax on comfortable sofas in front of the feature fireplace, watch movies on the wall-mounted television, and dine in style at the modern dining table.
If necessary, both sofas can be converted into beds for extra guests.
The doors lead to the outdoor dining area, terrace, pool, and garden.

A modern staircase leads to the bedrooms, one of which is a stunning double with fine linens, lovely soft furnishings, and direct access to a furnished balcony, and the other a delightful twin.
Both have access to gorgeously tiled shower rooms.

Villa's outdoor space is truly magical. The hydromassage pool is surrounded by a terrace, luxury loungers, and a tropical garden.
There are two alfresco dining areas, both of which are shaded by modern sail canopies. It's wonderful to be able to choose where to eat! There is also a fantastic built-in barbecue kitchen!
