The breathtaking, recently constructed Villa is located in a prestigious area of Plaka and offers breathtaking, unobstructed views of the island of Spinalonga in the Elounda Gulf.

In the Mirabello Bay, 16 kilometres north of Agios Nikolaos and across from Spinalonga, is the charming town of Plaka.

When Plaka was a leper colony, it was once a charming fishing hamlet that provided access to Spinalonga Island.

It is now a posh, tranquil resort with breathtaking views of the natural world. The various caverns around the mountains are popular with hikers. In addition to having a fantastic range of coastal pubs and eateries, Elounda, a cosmopolitan town, is not far from Plaka.

The sunken city of Olous and the Venetian Fortress of Spinalonga Island are two of Crete's most significant archaeological sites, and they are located in Elounda and Plaka.

On the ground floor, you may enjoy a very roomy open-plan living area.

The furniture is fairly distinctive, with dining chairs covered in fabric that matches the scatter pillows on the huge corner sofa.
