It is situated in a peaceful hillside, surrounded by mature gardens and olive trees, and it provides guests peace and tranquilly. Despite the tranquilly, Elounda, a perennially well-liked town, is only a short drive away and offers a variety of wonderful services, including restaurants, shopping, and pubs. Agios Nikolaos, a bustling resort that offers a larger assortment of services and a vibrant nightlife, is located a little further along the shoreline. The modern villa's exquisite and well-considered design combines opulent interiors and furniture with earthy tones and natural materials to provide a high-end yet welcoming result. Up to seventeen guests can stay in the villa's eight roomy bedrooms. The primary open-plan living area, which includes the living and dining spaces, is located on the ground level. The high ceilings and French doors let in natural light, giving the room a tremendous sense of openness.

There is a complete kitchen with all of the required contemporary comforts. Two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to a small terrace, are also located on this level. These bedrooms can easily be divided into twin rooms if desired. Two further double bedrooms are located on the first floor, upstairs. Each has an ensuite bathroom and a separate balcony with views of the ocean. Returning to the lower ground levels, there are two further double or twin bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and a door leading directly to the grounds and pool area.

A new guest suite with two rooms, en-suite bathrooms, a common kitchenette, and a small private garden with a Jacuzzi is being introduced for 2022.

The private pool outside is the ideal place to take in the tranquil surroundings and breathtaking panoramic views. There are convenient dining options for people who want to enjoy some outside dining while in sunny Crete.

The villa holds a fantastic location just a short distance from the popular town of Elounda. Just a little further along the coastline is the resort of Agios Nikolaos which offers visitors a wider selection of amenities including restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife. The closest airport is Heraklion, it is situated around a forty-five minute car journey away from the property.
