Three may also take advantage of the panoramic views of the blue sea and the coastline from the wraparound balcony, which is accessible to them. There is a gym up here with exercise equipment, but if that sounds like too much work, just relax by the private infinity pool on the sun loungers or in the plush seating spaces.

An outdoor kitchen with a grill and a pizza oven is located right by the pool. Purchase local products in the adjacent town, then prepare meals here while taking advantage of the sea wind and unbeatable view. There is also a covered pergola with a dining table and eight chairs.

The villa has direct access to the beach; it takes 25 steps from the house to reach the shoreline below. The self-contained guest apartment, which contains a kitchen, living and dining spaces, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, is also located along this path. If you're travelling with workers or have guests joining you who might wish to keep some degree of freedom from the rest of the villa, this is a fantastic alternative.
