Located where the ancient city of Olous once stood, the upscale resort of Elounda is a particularly alluring beachfront resort in Eastern Crete. On clear days, the submerged ruins of Olous can still be seen, adding to the city of Elounda's rich cultural legacy. The home is located directly on the beach, just ten metres from the water and five minutes on foot from Elounda's town centre. Elounda has a fantastic selection of both traditional and modern restaurants, lovely shops, hip bars, and an alluring Blue Flag sandy beach. Visitors can take advantage of Plaka, Spinalonga's historical island, the Agios Nikolaos Archaeological Museum, ancient Lato and ancient Driros, Knossos, and Chrissi Island nearby.

The villa is a picturesque home with secret caverns where you may unwind with a good book, a drink of your preferred beverage, and the enchanted surroundings. There are courtyard gardens, simple yet incredibly attractive furniture, and a tonne of tasty things. The inside honours minimalism while still being incredibly functional and providing a lot. This magnificent house gives a wonderful panoramic view of the Cretan sea from almost every angle. Its outdoor spaces, which feature stylish furniture and a fantastic atmosphere, are just as well thought out as the inside ones. The patio is a welcoming area with a fantastic pool and jacuzzi that are surrounded by the most luxurious lounge chairs and discreetly placed shaded seating. You'll notice perfectly manicured borders and historic olive trees placed in eye-catching locations as you stroll around the garden. Hot water recycling, motorised window shutters, and cutting-edge technology are all part of the villa's design.

The living room is open-plan in style with incredibly nice sofas and chairs facing the enormous wall-mounted television and has access to the main terrace and infinity pool. The room's doors open to a beautiful courtyard area on the other side. A Nespresso coffee maker and other high-end gadgets are included in the stunning minimalist kitchen, which also has lovely wood and stone accents. You'll wish you could bring the dining room set from home, including the chairs. It has great style!

The final bedroom has access to a separate modern marvel, while the other four have ensuite bathrooms. Super kingsize, kingsize, and twin beds are all elegantly decorated with opulent cotton satin and a variety of pillows in the bedrooms. Despite having a similar aesthetic, the rooms all have unique elements, like a forest green headboard that harmonises nicely with the corian sink and shower, plush bedroom plants, or traces of terracotta. Some lead to balconies, while others lead to the exquisite garden. The bathrooms are amazing; each one is unique, absolutely opulent, and furnished with fluffy bathrobes, towels, and slippers as well as fragrant amenities and shaving kits. There are a few small kitchenettes dotted throughout as well, so you may help yourself to cool beverages while taking in quiet moments, or you might like the shisha or the Cohiba cigars. Even an electric scooter is available for transportation.
