The house offers you and your loved ones a beautiful vacation home base. Everything you could possibly need for a memorable Cretan vacation is nearby in the small village of Kokkino Chorio, adjacent to the bigger town of Plaka. There are local restaurants, shops, and stunning beaches.

Eight guests may easily stay at the villa, and there is enough space for everyone to mingle and enjoy private time apart. There is plenty of space to sprawl out thanks to the private terrace or balcony that each bedroom has access to, as well as the expansive roof terrace and opulent hot tub on the villa's top floor.

The living areas of the home flow naturally from one place to the next thanks to its contemporary and roomy design.

Sliding glass doors make a continuous barrier separating the indoors from the outdoors, allowing you to enter and exit swiftly. The varied natural surroundings are depicted through each window, pulling the landscape inside the boundaries of the mansion.

Four large bedrooms are located on the ground level of the main building; two have double beds, one has a double bed and a single bed, and the fourth has two single beds that may be combined to make a double bed.

The four bathrooms are thoughtfully laid up; three have en suites and the fourth is accessible to all visitors. Bathroom accessories are offered. The kitchen has every required electrical appliance, ensuring that you have a comfortable stay with no shortages.

Relax in the living room or have dinner at the indoor dining table after a long day of labouring in olive or grape groves. The window door opens to the patio, where a dining table is perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the surrounding scenery.

You might participate in the winemaking process on the ground level or sample several wine types in a traditional cellar furnished with wooden and stone accents. Dine at the dining table while preparing meals in the organised kitchen. A restroom finishes off the floor. The ability to add two additional single beds if necessary allows us to use the floor as an apartment.

A separate studio in the main structure may house two or three more guests.

The studio's amenities include a fully functional kitchen, a living room with a dining table, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate shower, all adding to its opulence.

The villa's facilities include a TV, air conditioner, and free internet access. The luxurious mattresses, blankets, and towels round out the estate's luxuries.

A little further along the coastline, just a 5-minute car journey away, is the resort of Almyrida, which boasts a broader range of amenities and clean, family-friendly sandy beaches. Chania is just forty minutes away by car; its picturesque Venetian harbour is a must-visit. Chania International Airport is conveniently situated just forty-five minutes away.

With gorges to be walked, ancient sites to be visited, time-trodden villages to be discovered, and stunning sandy beaches to be lazed upon, this is the perfect Greek destination for holidaymakers of any age. Plus, food is in abundance. Look out for fresh seafood and traditional Greek moussaka.

The villa is 30km from the beautiful city of Chania. You'll find a charming Venetian Harbour and old port alongside narrow shopping streets and waterfront restaurants. From Chania, it's a two-hour drive to the island's capital Heraklion where you can immerse yourself in ancient culture. The vibrant port city is best known for the Palace of Knossos. The archaeological site dates back thousands of years to the Minoan civilisation. Guarding the city's Venetian port is the 16th-century Koules fortress. A drive around Heraklion will also bring you to traditional villages, Medieval castles, Byzantine monasteries and secluded coves.
