3 bedrooms (king size beds) two big balconies at the 1st floor bedrooms with sea view/tables and chairs, 2 bathroom (one shower room downstairs and bathroom with bathtub upstairs) 2 wc's, stay up to 7people (with sofa bed in the bedroom).
Beautiful garden, private large swimming pool of +45m2, umbrellas and 8 sunbeds.
Secure parking in the property up to 5 cars. A fully equipped kitchen (big dishwasher, toasters, coffee machine, 2 fridges, etc) spacious living room/dining room, with fireplace and TV, bathroom. Every room is provide by air-conditions. Baby beds on request, always mention us. Also games are on sight for the children. Big grill and bbq area for your summer night bbq.
The Villa is well located and close to all beaches, restaurants, city. 1.5 km from the beach. 600m from the village center, with shop and bar. 1.2km from supermarkets restaurants, bus-station.
Chania city is easy to reach by car, taxi or bus. As well Patanias with shops, restaurants, bars, etc. 5min from the villa.
Cleaning and remake of the beds, new linen and towels/ every 4-5days. (more on request)
