Gennadi Serenity House-beachfront Villa With Pool

INDOORS:
Inside, Gennadi Serenity Villa can accommodate up to 7 people, in 2 separate bedrooms fully air conditioned. One bedroom with a king-size double bed, a second bedroom with two big single beds and a very big sofa in the living room which can be turned into a double bed. A fold out bed is at your disposal. You can set it up either in the twin bedroom or in the living room. With this addition the villa can accommodate up to 7 people comfortably.
The villa has an open -plan living design that provides a bright airy, sunny environment. This area includes a comfortable living room with a double sofa-bed, a dining area and a sitting area with a flat screen TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including refrigerator/freezer, electric cooker, microwave and all necessary small and large electrical appliances) for preparing any meals you want.
The bathroom consists of a WC, a large shower cabin and a washing machine. Of course we offer all essential toiletries and towels for your stay.
In addition, the villa benefits from 3 air-conditioning units which are included in the price and a safe so you can enjoy your holidays without worrying about your valuables.
OUTDOORS:
The site is very large and is not overlooked by any immediate neighbours.
Outdoors, the villa features a big private garden with sunbathing terraces,shaded outdoor seating and dining areas and private parking. In the front balcony overlooking the private pool and the sea, a modern big dining table with chairs and outdoor furniture sit under the pergola and by the pool seven sun loungers, two parasols, a beautiful shady gazebo and a swing chair with a stand and cushion are provided. The private pool is 6m x 3m and is 1.5 m deep, being situated on a large tiled patio area in front of the villa. A charcoal BBQ stands beside the front balcony, to enjoy preparing grilled meals for outdoor dining. On the terrace of the house there is a sun lounge equipped with chairs and a small table under an aluminium gazebo with white and light brown curtains where you can relax or sunbathe overlooking the Mediterranean sea! Our swimming pool is ready for use from the beginning of April till mid-November to enjoy relaxing and refreshing moments during your stay.
In this inviting environment you can spend long hours under the shining Rhodian sun, but with such a perfect beach just a few steps away, the choice will be hard!
Two straw umbrellas and sun loungers are for the exclusive use of our guests on the beach, which is directly in front of the villa,following a 90m path.
The villa stands in one of the best locations for miles around. It is only 90m away from an almost private beach where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing with hardly any people around. Gennadi village is a traditional village on the southern part of Rhodes and is about one minute by car, or about a 10-15 minute walk from the villa. It gives you the feeling that you are so far away from the city but at the same time so close to everything.
In Gennadi itself there are numerous bars, tavernas, shops, cashpoints, a pharmacy, a bus stop and internet cafes, in fact pretty much everything youneed is here. The local bakery provides fresh bread and delicious cakes daily, while the greengrocer sells wonderful fresh salad, fruit and vegetables. There is also an excellent small supermarket and a quaint village church, St. JohnTheologos. Away from the large tourist crowds, Gennadi main beach is a quaint sandy and pebble beach great for everyone. It is a several kms of open, crowd free sandy and pebble beach with crystal-clear warm water. It is only a two-minute drive from the villa. Enjoy your swim or have a Greek salad at one of the seaside restaurants or if you feel adventurous, explore the surrounding area.
Apart from Gennadi main beach, many organised beaches are located at a few kms from the property, with the option of less crowded amazing beaches for you to explore or to discover the local gastronomy at the beachside tavernas. There are a few to visit in Lahania, Kiotari,Lardos and Lindos. It is the perfect location for your relaxing, peaceful, getaway vacation.
About a 20 minute drive away is the renowned watersports beach of Prassonissi, which has excellent windsurfing and kitesurfing facilities due to the prevailing breezes. Furtherafield on the Westcoast, the castle of Monolithos perched on a rock over some steep cliffs is atmospheric and wellworth a visit. The drive up the Western coast is lovely and you can also visit the ruined castle of Kastello near Kritinia. Beautiful Lindos with its Acropolis and medieval castle is about 20kms away and nearby there are the traditional villages of Vati, Lahania, Lardos and Pefkos.
And no visit toRhodes would be complete without a visit to Rhodes old town which is about 65kms from the villa.
