Our private sea front complex consists of Sea villa (that sleeps 6), Sand villa (that sleeps 4) and the luxury apartment 25sq.m (that sleeps 2).
• The Sea luxurious villa consists of three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds) plus 2 bathrooms with Jacuzzi.
• The Sand Villa consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) plus 2 bathrooms with Jacuzzi.
• Luxury apartment consists of one double bed plus one bathroom.
Extra portable beds could be added upon request.
Sea & Sand Luxury Villas are only 4 Km from capital Fira while the romantic Oia is 10 km away. The organized beach of Monolithos is just 200 meters away. The most famous seafood restaurants of the island are located 100 meters away in walking distance , near the quite beach of Exo Gialos.
Sea & Sand Luxury Villas offer the ideal holidays for couples and families, near the beach and all sights of this popular island.
