The house is situated in a quiet area on the top of a hill with a panoramic view of the Evian Gulf (sea), mountains and olive groves. It has an island feel. There are lots of small villages to visit nearby. It is about a 20 min drive from the main capital city, Chalkida. The island is accessible by road over a suspension bridge. Prices are for four people and an extra 25 Euro per person per night is charged if there are more than 4 guests. If six people, two people will sleep in the open plan area. The property is 4500 m2 with its own olive trees.
The house is situated 7 km from the village of Politika and the town of Psachna. The owners live in the same identical house 10 metres apart and are there to help and guide you on a daily basis.
There is a big swimming pool 5 km from the house (Coco Club) which is also next to the sea. We also provide a round Intex pool for 4 people. There are many little restaurants (tavernas) at Politika beach as well as beach bars. You can also rent jetskis/waterskis etc. or you can walk along the 7 km stretch of Politika beach.
