Overview
A modern guest house part of a 3 villa complex in the village of mavrata in the elios area.
A blue flag beach is 2Km away called saint barbara.
The small town of katelios is also 2 Km away with many restaurants, bars, mini markets and gift shops.
Only 5 minutes walking distance from the house you will enjoy the local taverna of the village by the name of ellios and a small convinient store.
Close to all southern beaches of the island like lourdas beach trapezaki pesada beach koroni beach saint barbara of katelios beach kaminia beach and finaly skala beach with the 2 kilometers of small bebles .
Close proximity of mount enos with 1600 meters high and the black pine trees that is a unique bread of kefalonia.
The traditional monastery with the snakes of virgin mary is a 10 minute drive. There are many of ancient sites to visit like the cave at tzanata the grave of elios and the minoan graves in skala .
On the northern side of the island you can visit the area of fiscardo agia efimia the well known myrtos beach tand the port of sami finally on the center western part of the island is the major city of argostoli where it is the night life spot.

I have the villa complex 6 years now and it is the best thing ever happen to me. The property i believe has the best views of the island and it is located on the souther point where all the nice beaches are .
