The villa has four ensuite bedrooms, air-conditioning, free WiFi and it is only five minutes away from Elia beach.
Newly refurbished villa with unforgettable views overlooking the Aegean Sea. The property is ideal for families as it offers two portable beds, two cots, high chair and a car seat if needed. All linens, pool and beach towels are provided, the kitchen is ultra-modern with all the mod cons you will need to cater for your family and friends. Catering is available if required. We have earned 33 five-star reviews from our guests staying at the villa. Our housekeeper Gloria will look after you during your stay making sure the only thing you need to do is relax.
Elia beach has a handful of tavernas serving local food. Also, if you fancy staying on your sunbeds there is a full food and drinks menu served at your sunbeds as you are looking at the turquoise sea.
Mykonos town is a 20-minute drive away and the airport is conveniently located just over 20 minutes away, there are over 250 bars and restaurants on the island. We will send renters our favourites as well as the most popular beaches to visit. Elia beach is the largest on the island and if water sports are your thing this is the place to be and it's only a ten-minute walk (downhill!) from the villa.

Staying at this perfect villa atop Elia beach was the ideal vacation. All four bedrooms were beautifully appointed. The open kitchen, outdoor lounging and entertaining spaces were ideal. And the pool was wonderful. The housekeeper, Gloria, and concierge, Esmeralda, were incredibly professional and accommodating. I really was the perfect Mykonian villa and vacation. We will definitely be back!
Wonderful, exactly as shown. Beautiful villa with amazing views. Fantastic week. While we did make several excursions you did not need to leave the villa (other than to shop for food).
We are not long back from a wonderful 2 weeks at Villa Elia Beach. Even before we arrived I knew we would have a wonderful time because of the fabulous information and accommodating attitude of Carl, the owner. The villa was lovely with absolutely everything we needed plus more. It is so well equipped allowing me to cook lots of lovely meals which were enjoyed overlooking the bay of Elia.
This villa never ceases to take my breath away 4th time back this time and have already booked for next year. The villa is amazing, just sumptuous surroundings, the villa has everything and more that you need, and all contents are of the highest quality, it is 5 star all the way.
What a fantastic place, first class accommodation with views to die for. The Villa was amazing with a beautiful setting and the attention to detail is spot on! Would highly recommend and cannot wait to return. Plenty of things to do and incredible places to eat.

We have just finished this stunning property over looking the water , it have been finished to a very high standard as we wanted it for our permanent home but with other commitments we decided to offer the property so it can be enjoyed by other families , you won't be disappointed you will love it , enjoy !!!
