Studios Heliopetra -independent Houses

Douliana is a small traditional village, 22 km. East from Chania city, in an area of great natural beauty.
The house is in an independent entrance studio among few others similar, arranged to provide privacy and calm, with a surrounding garden of various flowers and trees.
The studio is sharing a large pool with terraces overlooking a quiet countryside and the open sea.
There is a corner kitchen and private bathroom bathroom, including all Wi-Fi facilities and air conditioning in the unique room. In the reception room (always open) TV and DVD with free PC, printer, table games and books.
Sun chairs and parasols for outside for free use.
Shared pool. Like all other small houses, this place have its own balcony and unrestricted view to the countryside.
There is a side road within forest which leads to various sandy beaches at 3-4 kms.
At your arrival you will find a welcome basket including breakfast for the purposes of the first day, sheets and towels, cleaning every 4 days.
Next door there is a well known traditional tavern with Cretan specialities but also serves pizzas.
A car is recommended and a personalised guide for excursions around can be provided.
