Ground floor
Consists of two double bedrooms, two WC/showers, kitchenette, refrigerator, washing machine and living-dining area - two entrances (one from upstairs main villa with interior stairs and one external entrance from the big garden). The downstairs part can be also independent from the upstairs part of the villa locking the door to interior stairs.

Gym including treadmill, bicycle, cross trainer, portable Ping-Pong table, dumbbells, jump ropes and 22'' satellite LED TFT TV - direct access from ground floor part.
Sauna for two persons with hydro-massage shower - direct access from downstairs part.

First floor

Two twin bedrooms (convertible into double beds) with air-conditioning and Sat TFT TV.
WC/bath with whirlpool tub en-suite to the two twin bedrooms

Main gate is opening with remote control - Private parking.
The nearest beach is 70m from the villa, the second beach is 160m and the third main Dassia beach is about 8 walking minutes.

All the amenities, super market, Restaurants, bars, Café, Pharmacy, water sports incl. boats rental, are in walking distance from the villas.
