In summer you spend most of your time by the pool of 40 m2, gazing the sea.
Four ponds with fishes and fountains will help you to relax in a green garden full of plantation with individual places to rest.
A BBQ will satisfy your gastronomic desires and areas with loan and a play ground with
swings,slide,basketball,darts, electric vehicles etc. will keep your kids
satisfied.
Inside home, the fully equipped kitchen will cover your needs. Air conditioner in every room, keeps atmosphere pleasant all the time.
Wifi and pc work station will keep you in contact with your beloved persons as you share your unique experience to villa dryas.
To spend your free time you can use board games, cards, 5 Tv sets, Satellite tv with free films, documentaries and kids channels (NOVA) ,NETFLIX.
Due to house's location,a car rental is required.
2 Super markets, Pharmacy,taverns,open cinema, Doctors office,bakery and a beach bar all in a range of 1 km.
There is also a bus station connected with the first metro station.
There are options for daily trips at the mountains of Attica, even a boat trip with owner's speed boat.
