With an incredible view, this private villa has rtecently opened, in order to meet the expectations of each visitor.The villa is a 2 floor maisonette 140 sq.meters & can accommodate up to 7 people.The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms.The first bedroom has a double bed,TV, a.c, & balcony with furniture.The second one, has a bunk bed, a.c, & also a big balcony with furniture.Finally, the third bedroom has a huge double bed, desk-work desk, floor fan & single-shared balcony with the second bedroom.All 3 bedrooms have huge closets-storages spaces & their panoramic balconies have breathtaking view.A large entrance hall connects all the rooms, as well as the large upstairs bathroom with bathtub.The lower floor is adjacent to the garden .It is an open space of 80 sq.meters, with fireplace,TV, living room with comfortable sofa (witc becomes bed) dining room (where up to 6 people can dine) kitchen with full & organized equipment (fridge ,microwave,filter coffe & espresso, oven with hobs,dishwasher,dishes,cutlery,cooking,utnsils,etc...) & W.C. Both floors connected to each other, with a wooden internal staircase.The villa is locatel on a plot of 500 sq.meters.Surrounded by a garden with trees,flowers,bbq,gardenfurniture,where you can sit at any time of the day & enjoy your breakfast or a nice dinner cooked on the bbq with a glass of wine, enjoying the peace & quiet that we all lookfor in our holidays.In the garden,there is also a swing & small slide so that the little visitors have a busy time.

Δημόσια κριτική Casa molto comoda, esattamente come nelle foto, spaziosa, graziosa e pulita. Ci siamo stati a metà agosto con tre bambini e siamo stati benissimo. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere le spiagge e il centro della città in pochi minuti di macchina. L’host veramente fantastico, disponibilissimo, gentilissimo e rapidissimo nelle risposte a tutte le nostre richieste. Assolutamente consigliata! Ιδιωτική σημείωση Carissimo siamo stati benissimo, la casa è molto carina e comoda e tu sei stato veramente fantastico. Grazie di tutto e per la bellissima vacanza!

Άριστη τοποθεσία, φιλόξενος και φιλικός ο ιδιοκτήτης, ωραίο το σπίτι. Αξίζει να το προτιμήσετε, η γενική αποτίμηση της διαμονής είναι θετική και θα ξαναμέναμε. Τα έντομα. Θα μου πεις εξοχή είναι, λογικό. Θα θέλαμε και ένα κλιματιστικό στη δεύτερη κρεβατοκάμαρα.
