Niki and her husband were so kind and accommodating I could not have asked for more. Their hospitality and kindness cannot be matched! I will never forget them and their resort-like paradise. If you are lucky enough to book this beautiful villa it will be an experience of a lifetime. I literally had to hold tears back upon leaving! Thank you Niki for an unforgettable holiday experience!! John Οκτώβριος 2020 We had such a great stay at Niki's place! It's a very secluded spot with beautiful views, but close enough to supermarkets, restaurants, and the airport. The amenities are great, we enjoyed lounging by the pool all day and then cooking on the BBQ in the evening. Niki was a great host, showing us around the villa on the first day and then messaging us to see if we needed anything. Niki booked us numerous taxis and recommended beaches to go to in the day, Niki was always very responsive and helpful. We all had a fantastic time at Niki's place!

hussnains2013 Excellent Hideaway Niki and Manthos’ villa was an unexpected gem hidden deep in the hills of Corfu. The villa was large with enough rooms to accommodate a family of six with young children. The pool(s) were a highlight for the children and the extensive garden space was welcomed in the Corfu sun. Niki was very helpful with our needs before, during, and after our stay. Rooms were nicely furnished and the wifi was far-reaching (even to the ends of the garden). Villa Claire isn’t too far from Corfu Old Town (25 min drive) but be wary of the windings roads leading up to the villa as they are quite tight. Car is essential and there is ample parking space. Overall we would definitely recommend Villa Claire and we would gladly stay here again should the opportunity arise.

Helen Σεπτέμβριος 2020 Such a superb little find! Lovely, well-equipped villa in a great location - nice and peaceful but very close to some great little towns with good facilities. Very clean villa and pretty garden area, which has been well set up to manage the current extra hygiene requirements. Niki is a great host, welcoming and friendly without being obtrusive but there with suggestions and to answer questions if needed. I just can't wait for our next trip back!!

Guy Αύγουστος 2020 A fantastic spacious villa which could accommodate up to 8 as it has a sofa bed. All the bedrooms have aircon which made sleeping more comfortable. There are many different seating areas outside in the mature garden with plenty of shade if that’s what you need (we did). There is a covered BBQ area with a large table that we used quite a bit. The villa is very secluded so you won’t be disturbed but there is easy access to the local coastal town of Benitses, 10 minutes by car, where there is a wealth of small restaurants if you don’t want to cook. Also, there are a number of local beaches that can be accessed within 30 minutes. It’s a beautiful place that we enjoyed immensely. Nikki is a great host, she set the villa up with everything that we needed and provided some great local information.

Franco Ιούλιος 2019 What a fantastic place to stay. Relaxing by the pool in the day, BBQs every evening, beautiful views, and all in completely peaceful and private surroundings. Niki is a great host and always on hand to help. I will be returning!

George Μάιος 2019 This place was a true gem. It is located on the hills of the village of Gastouri, in a totally private location in the midst of olive groves and verdant slopes. When we arrived in mid-May, the whole area was in bloom. Paradise. We took a beautiful hike from the house to the top of the hill which overlooks the entire bay of Kerkyra town. There on top sits the little chapel of Saint Kyriaki. On our way down and just before we got to the house we met the local sheep flock which made our bucolic hike all the more real. The gardens of the house are dotted with more than a dozen fruit-bearing trees and bushes. I had a small taste of the kumquats and the oranges but at the right season, you will have grapes, quinces, kiwis, olives, and many others. All of them surround the pool, which also features three separate sitting patios and a grill. The house was in stellar condition, spacious, clean, and with everything necessary for a live-in experience (full kitchen, spacious common area, separate bathrooms). And to top it all off, Niki and Manthos were very endearing and friendly. Manthos brought us a new coffee-maker as soon as we brought it to his attention that the one there was broken. We did not need anything else from them because the place was complete to our satisfaction. But we did appreciate the gesture when they showed up the night before to say goodbye. We would definitely stay with them should we go back to Kerkyra. Greek hospitality at its best. Χίλια ευχαριστώ!

Amanda Μάιος 2019 Villa Claire is a gorgeous property surrounded by green vegetation and it is run completely on renewable energy. I stayed in the villa for 3 nights over my wedding in Corfu. It was a stunning place to have my pre- wedding photos with bridesmaids and to then relax with my husband in the peaceful surroundings thereafter once the chaos was over

If you want to escape the crowds and endless movement of people in Corfu, this place is perfect, you can see the stars hear the wildlife, and wonder where everyone is while kicking back in any number of chairs lounges, and sunbeds.

Gilles Μάιος 2018 We had the chance to spend one week in the villa Claire The chance because it is a charming place and house. It is ideally located on the island and you can reach easily both the north and the south of the island from there. Then the house itself is just a dream -you can profit from outstanding sightseeing in the country while playing with the kids in the pool. The breakfast outside is recorded forever. Last but not least, Nikki and his husband are just so kind. It has been great to meet them. They gave us a lot of advice about the things to do on the island (including a typical restaurant…we will never forget the last one – dinner in front of the sea). Just ask them to tell you the story of the name of the villa….a great story of a family

Bb Απρίλιος 2018 Simply outstanding Superb locations if you are looking for a quiet, beautiful corner of Corfu. The house is spotless and equipped with everything you need. Niki is a faultless hostess, extremely friendly, professional, and caring. We are a family of 6 ( children age 9 to 12y ) and we had a perfect time.

xlauracouzensx Woking, United Kingdom Left on Jan 16, 2018 for a stay in Sep 2017 "Stunning villa in a beautiful location" It was my first time visiting Corfu with my family and it did not disappoint! The Villa is absolutely stunning set in a very quiet village it is perfect to unwind and relax. You do need to hire a car to stay here as it is not in walking distance of any shops but you can walk to the local restaurant in the village. The weather was brilliant although we did have 1 day where it rained but that was to be expected at the end of September. There are lots of places to visit all within a small drive away with lots of stunning beaches (thank god for google maps though! The Corfu roads are very narrow with lots of steep sharp bends) I would highly recommend visiting Palaiokastritsa the water is crystal clear you can do lots of snorkeling and there is a nice restaurant overlooking the water to have lunch. Niki who owns the villa popped in a few days after we arrived to check we had settled in okay. She was super friendly and recommend some good places to eat. I would definitely use this villa again.

It’s secluded yet only ten minutes drive to shops and restaurants of the towns. The villa is really well equipped and comfortable. We loved relaxing by the pool, in the well maintained gardens and having tasty barbecues. Just lovely. We want to go back and highly recommend this beautiful villa to others

Elizabeth K Left on Jan 16, 2018 for a stay in Jun 2017 Such an incredible stay at this amazing villa! This house has it all and it was the perfect keystone for an amazing trip to Corfu. Where do I start!? 1. The house is gorgeous and so much fun for everyone! They have a gorgeous outdoor kitchen where me and my housemates had incredible dinners outside while watching the sunset over the valley below (beautiful view!) The pool is clean and a great size for tons of fun. Our bedrooms were all fantastic, no one got stuck with "the bad room" since they were all great. I particularly loved mine as it had a balcony with an incredible view. There is a massive bathroom on the first floor with an amazing jacuzzi tub. 2. Niki was an incredible host. She went far above and beyond to make our stay easy and wonderful. She gave us tons of advice and was always very easy to reach. 3. The location was incredible. The villa sits tucked into a gorgeous landscape on top of a mountain for a beautiful view. The ride back down the mountain on either side is quick and easy so you don't feel far from anything! One side is the beach and the other is a grocery store AND our favorite Greek restaurant in all of Corfu is a short walk a little ways down the hill with the most delicious greek food we had there and the best, most authentic, atmosphere we experienced. The owner is a gem who loves to entertain while his wife is a magician with food. They pretty much make everything from scratch (they even make their own wine and olive oil!) 4. The beaches near by are incredible. We took a boat out for the day for next to nothing and found a private beach to park up and spend the day in the crystal clear water. I typically am not one to stay in one place twice, but we will definitely be going back here some day!! (Thank you so much Niki for everything!!)

Reviewed by: Jade B, London, UK Reviewed: July 2017 Date of stay: June 2017 'Beautiful Well Kept Villa, Really Unspoilt Area & Peaceful' The Villa and garden and surroundings are stunning, when we pulled in to the driveway we were amazed at all the space! The garden is well kept and so is the pool. You can walk in to gastouri, it's about 15-20mins and you can walk to benitses which is maybe 25mins. Much easier to get a car although it is a lovely walk in the day, it's quite remote so it's not lit at night. We were a group of 6 and there was a sunbed each and enough toilets and showers. I think the drainage isn't the best in the remote areas and the toilets/ showers/ bathrooms had a pretty bad smell. Despite this I would definitely come back to villa Claire, the lovely cicada's in the evening were blissful and the bistro in Gastouri with its amazing owners were so welcoming and fun and the food is amazing! We did a couple of BBQs, there were no coals so we had to get more. Also no basics like salt and pepper and the wifi code was wrong but niki was on hand to call or pop down and bring us what we needed! Her and her husband were very attentive and helpful and always available. I would recommend villa Claire for its location too, it's out of the way but still close enough to a beach and town and a great location on the island to be able to drive easily to all areas and coastlines without spending too long in the car. Such a gorgeous place with very fond memories! Thank you
