There are 2 very comfortable single beds (200 x 90) in the attic with fixed staircase. On the ground floor are a double bed (190 x 140), a dining table, 3 little arm chairs and an open kitchen. The bathroom is in a separate room with separate toilet. All beds have already been made for you. A washing machine is available for guests.
The TV has an HDMI port and you can watch Netflix, Prime Video and Disney Plus with your own subscription.

La Bakénia is less than 2 km from Villeneuve sur Lot and close to the gigantic shopping center of Leclerc. In summer regular events are organized, such as open-air concerts, shows on the river, food markets and fairs.
Around our house there are some beautiful hiking trails. We are next to the "Voie Verte" a car-free cycle route along le Lot.
The beautiful villages of Pujols, Penne d'Agenais and Monflanquin are just a stone's throw away. Even the lovers of good food are well catered for. There are plenty of restaurants ranging from the McDonalds of Villeneuve sur Lot to Michelin star restaurants. This foie gras and truffel region is known for its special culinary dishes.
