The grand swimming pool is on the opposite side of the villa, gated for safety and equipped with a shaded poolside lounge and an alfresco terrace with its own electric sun canopy.
Spend endless summer days preparing feasts on the barbecue and cooling off in the 12m long pool, surrounded by breathtaking scenery.

Biot, a charming medieval village with delightful restaurants and an artistic vibe with studios and galleries, is only a few minutes away by car.
Head down to the coast, where the great beaches north of Antibes are only ten minutes away by car, or travel a little further to the palm-fringed shores of Cannes and the idyllic bays of Cap d'Antibes.

Visit the flower-filled Mougins' gastronomic restaurants, Valbonne's vibrant Farmer's market, or Grasse's perfume museum before playing a round of golf on one of the region's many prestigious courses.

The Brague river trail between Valbonne and Biot is ideal for walkers, and there are also horseback riding and cycling opportunities. There is something for everyone in this enticing part of the Côte d'Azur, not to mention endless activities for children.
